it’s been 57 years since my last post i know. i’m currently on hiatus bc anxiety is one ugly hoe. i know i owe so many things. but i,,,, will be dropping most of the threads i owe on all my characters (matt, liv rooney, jade west, ronan lynch, and sam giddings, since i don’t really have anything going on with jared lynburn yet!) because it’s all very overwhelming. i will be drafting a few things i do wanna continue until my hiatus is over and then i will try to reply to starters/send memes. now enjoy a gif of my boy lookin pretty:

        the last thing she remembered, was ashley  s c r e a m i n g  about how she was going to turn into a wendigo  &  mike pointing a gun at her.   there was no flash, no bang, nothing after.   just that  &  a resounding darkness.   she’s been here for two hours, twenty six minutes,  &  48 seconds.   emily’s aware ONLY because she’s been counting, waiting for herself to wake up.   waiting for anything to click.   the one thing that CLICKS is the only familiar face she’s seen — MATT.   that’s what convinces her this is hell.      “  matt?  ”      she can hear the name echoed back, like there’s cotton in her ears.      “  jesus christ — jeez — how?  ”      it doesn’t matter,      “  matt, are we — we HAVE to be, you were at the bottom of the —–  ”      she stops herself, eyes closing tightly, head shaking.      “  where the fuck are we?  ”

matt freezes mid-laugh. there’s ice cold running through his veins, and he’s so unexpectedly glad to see her. he mutters a quick i gotta go, jimmy. i’ll call you later, before hanging up and stuffing his phone into his pocket. “holy shit.” he tries blinking, but she doesn’t go away. she’s real, she’s here. "emily,” he breathes out her name, shock and relief all mixed into that one little word. “we’re not.” hands form fists, they are not dead. somehow, they’re here and this is not death. but fear still crawls its way up his spine.“we’re fine, this  — we’re not in some kind of afterlife. this is just seattle.”
