Perisex people trying to be “affirming” to intersex people: Society may see you as some freak third thing but you are simply an AMAB/AFAB with a birth defect ❤️ get back in the binary we need to define you ❤️ see doesnt that feel better to be forced into a binary so you dont get seen as some freak ❤️ what are your genitals like btw
Hollanov hug ❤️
why do so many freaks go right to “there should be exams or tests before you have kids” when the real solution is better social services, robust infant and child development education that is accessible both financially and schedule/distance accommodating, and resources throughout any stage of a child’s life. genuine question like did you think about any social development before going straight to eugenics

Victor Frankenstein after achieving the impossible and building a fucking person from scraps of the dead: Oh god, ew, ew it's ugly! Yucky! Yucky! Gross! Ew! Ew! Yucky! Yucky! Gross! Ew!
Frankly I think a lot of Tumblr users think there is no overlap between trans women and gay men like there is between trans men and lesbians 1. because RuPaul did a great job intentionally convincing at least two generations of baby queers that gay men and trans women don't share culture because he's a transmisogynist piece of shit who intentionally kept trans women off Drag Race for years - shattering the perception of our community overlap in the eyes of the mainstream, 1.5. and that culture he cultivated in the mainstream made you afraid of drag as an art so you're uncurious about it, and 2. you're afraid of learning about balls because they're not sanitized white queer culture.
Are we ready to talk about how the increase in legitimate transmisogyny from guys here has lead to myself and likely others feeling unsafe with interacting with the guys in this community?
Or is that still not a big enough problem to.be worth discussing?
Like I've seen legitimately transmisogynistic takes from guys here several times these last two weeks or so. This is beginning to be more than just a fluke or a few bad actors...
Like, I get it, the discussion isn't about transfems, it never has been
But for fucks sake, if you want transfem/trans woman allies in your corner, you CAN'T keep talking about us that way!
I'm so fucking tired of this bullshit. Transmisogyny from all fucking sides. I'm so fucking done, as are other transfems I've talked to who are too afraid to speak up about this.
Hey so I'm reblogging this because I'm starting to feel this way yet again from the trans guys on here.
So here's your reminder.
Yeah. Fucking stop being this way.
Disability tip that works for me (someone with fluctuating symptoms, brain fog and memory issues)
I meal prep salads. I buy the ingredients I want in my salad (I'll talk about some good combos below) and then when I have the energy and lesser symptoms, I will chop the ingredients and portion them out for meal prep. And then absolutely smother that shit in dressing. I'm a sucker for caeser but honey mustard, garlic and herb etc are also incredible!
Then just chuck it in the fridge and eat within 7 ish days (these salads are also not for freezing so be aware of that).
Then you can eat the salad on its own or with tortilla chips or in a wrap or a sandwich or whatever you may have the energy and spoons for.
It's really helped me with executive dysfunction because I don't have to choose what to eat and I don't have to cook.
OH AND PUT THEM SOMEWHERE VISIBLE!!! Out of sight means out of mind!
Good combos (in my opinion) (customise to YOUR taste)
"Standard" salad. Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot. This is the least amount of ingredients but there's not much variety.
Sweet salad. Cucumber, carrot, tomato, bell pepper, sweetcorn, apple. Good if you don't like how lettuce tastes, because a lot of the ingredients are sweet.
Mediterranean salad. Cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, apple, onion, chickpeas, lettuce, salad cheese, or feta. This is so good and is my go to.
Green salad (I personally like blending this). Kale, chickpeas, arugula, spinach, swiss chard. I like drizzling this with honey and sea salt.
Caesar salad. casear salald is amazing. croutons. chicken (i use quorn). lettuce. cucumber. tomato. a lil bit of pepper and sometimes corn

The same people who cry out catchy slogans like “Death before Detransition!” are the same people who tell trans men it’s actually a privilege to be forcibly detransitioned (a fate formerly acknowledged as being worse than death) rather than being killed
These things exist in the abstract for them and aren’t a real concern

my favorite thing ab this is “that’s a flute.” b/c it isn’t
I feel like in the past ten years, boycotting has stopped being a tool for forcing action on specific policies and become a form of harassment and monastic self-denial. Less “I will not be giving my money to you until you improve these specific conditions” and more “don’t touch the contaminated thing, lest you also become contaminated.”
Its become a moral purity thing. If you purchase from a company doing something bad, you are deemed complicit in the bad thing because you spent $5 on shampoo.
Boycotting is not about keeping yourself morally squeaky clean. it's about forcing companies into stopping and changing bad behavior, with the power of multiple people's dollar.
Also, boycotts should have a specific and feasible demand. I will not buy from this company until their workers' union has a new contract. Or until they stop buying materials from a specific place where there's tons of exploitation going on.
Part of the point of a boycott is that the company in question should see their sales bounce back if/when they comply with the demands of the boycott, because if they lose you as customers permanently they lose all incentive to listen to you in the future.
