recent adventures.... not to toot my own horn but i am OBSESSED with this travellers journal i made with my friend! it was so fun to go to the leather store and pick out the leather, and making it myself was very satisifying. the ramen was a mid-craft snack and was SO GOOD! i love the beads as well, and the orchid keychain is another craft i did. I am soooo excited to use this for a long time as a planner/commonplace journal :)

life recently - moka pot coffee is my fav, played fortnite with my sis and we had our first battle royale in a very long time, my friends birthday brunch, bar set up (cosmos and hugo spritz’s). i love summer!

my medieval book collection! 🏰

I spent the afternoon dusting off my medieval collection: those volumes that built my imagination for years, giving shape to my vision of the Middle Ages and making me fall in love with a period so rich in paradoxes and, therefore, so fascinating. There is something deeply cathartic in the “long Middle Ages” Jacques Le Goff spoke of: a world not made of darkness but of vivid dreams, symbolic monsters, and archetypes that still shape how we perceive reality today.
