help what do i do if i "witness" violence only in the sense that i heard a violent fight but couldn't make out from where exactly the noise came but it sounded horrible and nobody else did anything about it? apparently? there was screaming like ive never heard and a huge bang again unlike any noise i heard ever but the worst was the silence after the crying stopped what the fuck do i do the cop said they can't do anything unless someone else gives them clearer information since i wasn't sure enough and nobody else had called yet about this fuck man what do i do i fucked up that call right? Like I should've been insistent but than again where would they have looked and what if it didn't happen outside and i led the cops astray then what? do i get that shaft for being a goody twoshoes but wrong???? i wrote everything down as well as i could remember with time and date in case it was someone from the neighbourhood but this implies that a) it will happen again (terrible), b) that nothing happens in the meantime and c) i might have missed other times and will remain useless. If anyone reads this and can somehow give any advice it is greatly appreciated because i physically am not imposing in the slightest so i can't go between anyone so i have to call someone (which can only be the police as wrong as i may find it) so how do i at least get the person screaming and beating shit and from what i heard a woman effectively taken care of?!?!?!???
