today is just 1st, today is what would've been technoblade's 24th birthday and it feels surreal he's no longer with us.

he touched so many people, changed so many lives, and made an impact on the minecraft youtube community that will never fade. despite everything, he leaves behind an amazing legacy full of accomplishments and kindness and humor, a community known for their generosity, and content people turn to even now for comfort.

and in that way, he's still with us. each one of us carries on his memory and legacy, always to be missed, yes, but always to be loved and treasured for the amazing person he was and the things he did.

i know he's looking down at us, amazed at how far we've come. happy birthday, techno. we love you and we miss you.

Updated my WHOC and I like this design better. She looks more like a teacher but that’s just a side effect.

Extra doodles and oc facts & headcanons:

-Willow is based on a spider

-when Eddie found this out he became a bit scared of her

-Frank keeps “watch” whenever Willow and Howdy are in proximity to each other because he doesn’t want Willow to eat Howdy. (She wouldn’t do that)

-Sally, Barnaby and Willow sometimes get together and put on plays for the neighborhood

-Julie loves to style Willow’s long hair; the curliness of her hair gives Julie a different texture to work with

-Willow sometimes reads bedtime stories to Wally and Home when she can’t sleep

-Poppy and Willow occasionally have tea parties together; Willow brings the tea, Poppy brings the baked goods and the others just join

-Willow will often catch Wally trying to steal from Howdy, when she does he tries to scare her by staring but she just stares back

Friendly reminder to all the writers on here:

You don’t owe anyone good writing.

You don’t owe anyone a complete storyline written in order.

You can jump around. You can abandon projects. You can write really shitty stories! Writing is about telling stories and creating worlds. Not about what makes your followers happy.

I have to remind myself of this a lot, because in most of my stories I’ve gotten stuck and don’t know where to go. But you can jump around. You can skip parts. It doesn’t matter.

Write what makes you happy.

I’ve kept this mentality for all the writing I’ve been doing lately and it takes a huge stress of my shoulders. Especially when the waves of writers block come along.
