Effie Trinket and Plutarch Heavensbee are my Barbie and Ken that I mistreat on the daily.

Effie is like the only character in THG that I always draw different but still get the feeling that it's her. I am neither book accurate nor Movie accurate I am just chilling making her wardrobe even bigger.

Meanwhile I've only ever drawn Plutarch in two outfits and that's enough.
