#image described #every time i look at this i find something new to hone in on....#there's the shadows. i like the red and purple and the way they're cast across his face #there's the style of rendering‚ the cursivey loopy lines. which is so visually interesting already #but that also helps set the mood for this specific drawing imo. this palette with this style with this expression on clavicus vile...#feels right. like he knows he's more powerful than us. just radiating the air of someone who isn't exerting himself‚ if that means anything #and i feel like that's gotta be a hard style to get right. it's just very beautiful and very impressive i really like it #something to come back and look at more than a few times definitely #and anyway there's also! the hard gaze the imp smile and the almost lazily draped hand #the broad shape of his hair and the flyaways. the part in his hair actually being drawn like this feels rare? it looks very good #oh every time i scroll up to comment on one thing i notice even more. the little swirlies all around him + the ones that almost look-#-like lace and gems hanging from his horn...such a whimsical touch. very very big fan of that #the little spots of green in the palette in his nail and on his shoulder i already liked but something about the softer muted pink in the #swirls especially with the harsh red in the shadows. especially with how the colors in the shadows are layered on each other #Have i mentioned how this style of rendering looks hard to get right and very impressive. I'm still impressed. I'll die impressed #the amount of detail also! mustn't forget the amount of detail when i can't stop looking at it #the little bit of hair just visible on his arm‚ the subtle shadows and highlights here and there #again the larger scale of lighting/shading. just such a beautiful piece #art #clavicus vile #gorgeous work

You'll be clothed better one day #i put sysme and suleil in the same pose because i thought it was cute. they're together they're bonding they're having fun #+ suleil nmthlft and lycidaemones all kind of have the same cowlick. lycidae's is just a biit too long to actually stick up #suleil's arm may also be too long i might've forgotten to fix that with the missing eyelashes. #image described #these are so cuuuute #i like the palette... citrusy in the same way that summer is #the mix of lined and lineless in this style is so fascinating to look at and pulled off so well...#such nice weight. pulls things together #+ the little dash of pink in the first character's palette #the brush textures as well it feels like the longer i look the more i can pick out #i almost wanna say that it reminds me of a collage in a subtle way. in that the piece feels full #and composed from different aspects. despite not actually being in a collage style #it might just be that i associate these kinds of palettes with collages but i stand by it feeling full in a complete‚ satisfying to look at #-type of way #i feel like the lines also help with that a lot. the blocky shapes and the solid black with the softer shadows #and i feel like the lineart not being present across the whole thing also adds to that feeling of being a style that has been Refined #as well as the shaping of the. shapes. the shaping of the brushstrokes? shaping of the blocks of color #where certain lines are thinned out by another stroke overtop them. usually in the middle of the line #unlike when a line thins out from brush settings or pen pressure #i really love the look of those sorts of carved out lines and these are an absolute feast of them #overall beautifully rendered work. the anatomy as well i love these faces!#the smile on the second drawing is so charming. and impressive to me! teeth and gums can be tricky to pull off #such nice work...#art

It was periwinkle in the sketch. #image described #oh i really like this #the brushes here add such a nice texture #the shading and lighting are so full... everything's interesting to look at and feels so complete #the use of red and blue/green/gray shadows here is impeccable #plus the character's colors! such a vivid and lovely palette here altogether #the more i look at it the more there is to look at #the lighting on its own and then the lighting in the shadows and then the shadows themselves #the shapes in the cloak and the face and the eyes and the hair #the nose and the chin #the shadow under and in the corner of the eye #this is just such a deeply pleasing drawing to get to see #i feel like the background also adds a very nice finishing touch #the forehead coloring i want to point out. foreheads are hard to get right and elder scrolls elf designs don't make them easier #but it looks so good here #like again. everything's interesting to look at‚ everything feels complete #also maybe a specific thing but the difference in highlights between the armor pieces and cloak and skin and hair #it makes everything feel more like what it's supposed to be if i'm making sense here #i also mentioned the shapes and colors but i don't think i've specifically said the whole character design yet #love this character design. her hairstyle and the green [i am applauding for one thousand years]#a very very good piece i love what you've done here #art #skyrim

Almost definitely also to the college of winterhold but that Can coexist with the assassin business if need be #she is in shrouded armor in the meantime because it's easy to draw though. i think she's gonna have a brother probably #i think she likes dwemer architecture #i also think she'd like stews but be ambivalent towards soup. just not particularly leaning towards food that is just liquid #she has an older brother definitely i think. i think they would live together outside of her staying at the college of winterhold #i think he'd cook more i think he probably makes a good stew and that's why she's a stew fan.#if she lived in a world where sandwiches were commonplace i think she could enjoy a club sandwich but wouldn't like subs.#like i don't think she'd care much for cold food but i think a club sandwich specifically if it were like a really good one.#or maybe she would enjoy some subs but not all i don't decide my ocs sandwich opinions they just come to me over time
