Lishi Ning is my second Dislyte OC that was made for shipping, first being Qin Xiu with Luo Yan.
Her Esper transformation brought amnesia, she only remembers the current last 10 years of her life as a soldier for the Shadow Decree; Ning was found by Hyde, and Fu Shi somewhat keeps an eye on her from a distance, interested, as he thought her amnesiac condition and showing no emotions was like Embla's, but he was wrong, she's masking her undiagnosed ADHD (& depression) that worsened after turning into an Esper 💀.
The few info about her that's accessible in-lore is about her being in the military, beyond that? She's not interested to know, as there's only clues of her literally dying and then getting Esperized in 2017.
Ning was assigned to keep Jiang Jiuli under surveillance for a while, times where Nicole was not available to do so - there's no explanation yet in how Nicole is able to stop Jiuli's berserk form, but since she's a scientist we can assume it's with some type of chemical or something 😭-, Ning's method of putting JJ out of berserk would be with brute force KJDFHS

I was so upset at the big villain twist in Dislyte's new story mode that I was possessed to make a Dislyte oc who can twist someone's desires (manipulate, mansplain, mind-control) to support whatever it is he (the Shadow Decree) wants.
He provided the money for Hyde to start the Shadow Decree, he's in it for the lolz, and he sucks
They executed the actual event poorly but it seems like they always planned on Gaius doing something that "breaks the rules"
The "fear not the thunder, for lighting brings evolutionary changes to mankind" phrase really gets my attention.. everything he says in dj contest connects directly to the unknown collection story somehow.. it really gets me thinking about so many things..
It seems like it was always planned to have Gaius do this, it kinda gives me hope that in future updates they expand on his motives or his mentality and such
