A master list of Punishments & Rewards ideas

Punishments:  If you’re a caregiver you might have a hard time finding punishments for your little outside of a swat or two. Here is a massive list of punishments for you to use!

-Early Bed Time -No Internet/tumblr -No “play/naughty” time (masturbation) -Chores -No netflix -No video games -Take away the paci -No dessert/sweets/pop or Soda -Time Out -a sticker off the reward chart -Writing Lines, the number and what is written can be decided by you -Teasing, you can torture your little and refuse to let them Orgasm. bring them close to climax (edging) and then stop. repeat as desired. -Cleaning house/care -Denied Orgasms -Fines/Swearing Jar -Whipping/flogging/paddling (more intense than spanking, but should only be done if ok with your little) -Forced to wear vibrator while CG has the remote. -Nipple clamps -Clothespins on privates/nipples -Anal Beads/plug - forced to wear all day -No underwear for the whole day -No fingering/sex/oral/fondling  -ball gag for certain time period -Shaming/degrading (if little is ok with that)  -Forced diaper time/deny potty breaks (with approval) -Loss of computer time (UNDER ABSOLUTELY NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD COMMUNICATION BE USED AS A PUNISHMENT, If your little does something that disappoints you, you should NEVER disappear or stop talking to them as a punishment. That is abandonment, that is manipulative, and ABUSIVE. Also hard limits should not be used as punishments either, if your little has a list of things they WILL NOT DO sexually (hard limits) you should not view punishment as a time to implement ANYTHING off that list, that list should never be considered as optional activities EVER) Please remember while your little is a little, they have adult lives & responsibilities. If for some reason those responsibilities got in the way of them following a rule you made a punishment is not deserved. Also Punishments should not get in the way of their schooling, work or private lives. You want them to be successful but also learn! (If they have a big presentation or project coming up do not take away computer time or enforce a bed time) All punishments need to be agreed upon between both parties. And all rules need to be discussed before hand as well! Rewards: -Sticker Chart (each time they follow a rule, you add a sticker to the chart, once they have a certain number of stickers they can get a reward) -New Stuffies -Play time with Caregiver -Candy/sweets -Stay up Late -Movie Night -pamper day - take them to get some new bath stuff, hair done, nailes done, new clothes, (Set a price limit) -Cuddle date -Picnic date -Build a Bear Date -Zoo Date -permission to play/orgasm -New Toys -Sexual Play time with caregiver (if relationship is sexual)  -Shopping Spree (with a price limit) -Reward off Amazon/etsy/other wish list -A love note -Bath time (make it special- toys, bubbles, snacks) -Blanket Fort -Ice Cream Date -Extra video game time -Extra Internet Time -Craft Time -tea time
