been struggling a lot with depression and anxiety the past two months. it's hard trying to get up every day and just keep going when mostly i feel like i can't function and been having a lot of su!cidal thoughts. i've never felt like this before and it scares me. makes me feel like my brain is broken and i'll never be the same 😭 been trying to incorporate coping skills like biking, breathing exercises, etc but i'm just so sad and i miss my old life
