Lion for a Day
At lunch last week I was going to have the salmon. I was at Lucques on Melrose so it was probably going to be good. But when I opened the menu the Niman ranch steak with béarnaise jumped out at me. It was like there was nothing else on the menu. All the other options just seemed to fade away. Recently, I had been eating a lot of meat so I wanted to take a break. For lots of reasons. But tat week grass fed beef seemed to be following me around. Everywhere I went it as on the menu. If this keeps up I doubt I’ll last very long, but at least it will have been fun while it lasted.
