someone on my team stole my phone and made this. might as well use it before they start posting some weird shit on here.
Hello. Just your friendly neighbour mod laying down your ground rules and your tagging system.
- mod is 19 (18+ blog)
- no nsfw, jokes are fine, just like I said, don't be weird (so flirting, dirty jokes are fine, nothing more than that)
- don't be dick. that won't be tolerated.
- as all good robert's (im being sarcastic), he's quite a depressing character at times, expect some depressing moments, but I will keep it as light as I can!
Tagging system:
- robert talks ⚙️ (just for rants and talking)
- robert interacts ⚙️ (reposts and shit with other accounts)
- robert answers ⚙️ (asks)
- little man is pretty cool guys (obligatory little man tag)
- keeping watch ⚙️ (nightwatch related rps)
- obligatory daughter tag 🚀 ( interactions with robert's kid)
Edit: Hello, again. Mod is back here with a little lore because, apparently we're in the spiderverse and all the other verses in one app. Processing power of this place must be fucking insane! (jokes, gotta stay punny)
- This robert's mecha man, ended up falling off from the "hero" catagory and more into a vigilante role after taking down a crime ring that pulled in more money for the city. Fuck corruption, we hate that in the city, so he took it upon himself to break apart that ring. It ended up backfiring and this "incident" was used as an attempt to tarnish his reputation as a hero. The one thing he worked tirelessly to maintain. (he's still more or less in the general public's good graces, it just depends on what side of politics they fall on)
- From this, he started to separate ops against crime rings like that from the mecha man suit, and started to take matters into his own hands. It's his own way of still rooting out rings and corruption without taking the idea of Mecha Man down with him. Nightwatch, as the public and journalists have started to call him, is kind of like Daredevil type of vigilante.
- Episode 1 compliant-ish (explanation coming up), just with changes to his attitude of coming out of the coma and his job at SDN, why he actually has it (Blazer offering to fix the suit and help clearing up his image somewhat, she has no clue Robert is Nightwatch)
- He accepts the job: 1) feel like he's still doing good for his own santiny and keep his path, 2) for the benefit of having his suit repaired and possibly modified/upgraded, 3) to be able to dig more into the Red Ring and Shroud with SDN's resources
- More obsessive on getting some form of justice against rings like these and especially Shroud, more unsure of how to he'll react himself when presented the opportunity. That had led more than a handful of nights staring at the ceiling.
- Pre-Finale (gave it some thought - read 5 minutes - and decided this is somewhere between the end of episode 6 and mid episode 7), still trying to weed out Red Ring and it shows in his dispatching, sends more force than intelligence to Red Ring related calls.
- He's snippy and prickly, he's tired from walking on even more eggshells than before, and 2x more feral but he's trying his best, guys
Edit 01/28/2026: I was thinking about it some more, it's the same idea of Robert in the actual game having 3 different endings: True Hero, Everyman, and Antihero. This Robert would fall into the last designation. He takes the dirty work and suffering with the hope of making things right. Like the quote from COD: MW 2019 "We get dirty, so the world stays clean." This Robert might also lose his Chase, but I'd have to plan that. (And probably break my own heart doing it)
(This is subject to update because buffs and kinks in the lore, I kind of made this account as a dare and the lore in like 15 minutes. It's rough. Sue me.)
