In this post, he does many things.

1. Claims he “constantly tried to help [me] out” and “asked [me] to seek help”. This is a lie; Pablo never once encouraged me to go to therapy or get back on my regular medication (i had stopped taking it for other reasons and was only taking a medication to help during a panic attack).

2. Claims he “hasn’t done” anything in my post, which is also a lie. Even if he thinks i consented, which i didn’t, these events happened, he can’t deny this.

3. Misgenders me by using they/them pronouns. Pablo knows I use he/him pronouns, I have for the past 3+ years (I can’t remember exactly when I started using he/him)

4. Tries to pin this on me having “really severe emotional and mental issues”. This is his ableist attempt at discrediting me. Just because i’m mentally ill doesn’t mean anything.

5. Says he “wishes there was some way to stop this and also get [me] help or something”, which is again ableist (see point #4) and also an attempt at garnering pity from his followers. If he really wanted this to stop, he could have messaged this blog and asked to talk to me about it. He has made no attempts to contact me.

Update (really late update)

Sorry I haven't been active, I've been really low on spoons. Anyways, Pablo has admitted what he did, albeit after I pestered him enough to actually say it (he was just saying "I agree" before I outright got him to say that he did it) I'm keeping this blog up, please still feel free to send asks or reblog the posts

I saw his post on his NSFW blog. He said he was going to delete it because it had photos of friends and partners and he didn't want people to bother them. I dun kno if he was serious tho.

i’m pretty sure that he deleted it because of this blog, and the fact that if someone dug far enough in the archives they would see him being sexual with minors, but what he’s saying IS true, it did have nudes of his partners on it. thank you for letting me know!

my friend (who wants to remain anonymous) received this message from Pablo today. Pablo expressed sexual interest in them when they were a minor (and they were even younger than me) while Pablo was an adult. This is the first time Pablo has contacted them in a year. The first message he sends to them is trying to get their sympathy. (the things that are blocked are my friend's URL and my real name, since Pablo obviously knows my real name, but i still don't want it on this blog)

also @ last anon (sorry i keep doing this, i keep forgetting things to add since i'm on mobile) we had discussed consensual non-consent and, again, i had expressed interest in it, but again, he didn't bring up a safeword or system of checking in or anything. also, imo, consensual non-consent is only okay if a) BOTH partners are sexual abuse/assault survivors, b) the partner bringing it up is a sexual abuse/assault survivor. afaik, Pablo is not a sexual abuse/assault survivor, and i don't think it's ok for him to have that kink.

They use they, he and she, because they are genderqueer non-binary. Can I ask you something about your fetishes though? I'm not trying to belittle you or anything, but was any of this discussed beforehand? Was it pre-negotiated? I know he has some extreme kinks, but I've never not known them to really care about consent and pre-negotiate for consensual nonconsent situations. Did you two discuss at all how rough all the play was going to be? Again, not to belittle you.

ok that's what i thought! i knew he was genderqueer but i didn't know if he was no longer okay with he/him, thank you for letting me know.we didn't pre-negotiate anything. we had discussed some of the more extreme things (necrophilia/gore, mainly) through text and i had expressed an interest in it, but i told him i was unsure about it/scared and wanted to go slow. that's what i told him about all of it, because it was my first experience with BDSM. he didn't discuss a safe word or check-in system though, and i didn't know how to bring it up because i was a previous rape survivor (which he knew) and had/have difficulties saying no to people wrt sexual acts (which he also knew)feel free to ask anything else, i'm open to it! it's good to talk about these things so people know the whole story (since i have other mental disorders besides PTSD that cause cognition problems, so it's hard for me to think of things all at once)#mod post #asks

Please forgive my dumb cinnamon roll thing :-( yeah then that's good, just stick to first name and naming his blog is a bit iffy but you shld be okay! If he deletes it like a coward though (which probably will) I would just stop though and just use first name because pointing to other of his stuff could be used in a court room as harassment. I had to do legal research on one and they suck :-( Think of me as your anon legal angel XD

I'm a friend of theirs and if this is all true, what if they don't talk to any minors and are super about consent now? Are you willing to ruin someone's life like that?

hey it's cool that you're doing this but as a law student I would recommend you get people to reach out to you privately and don't have the reblog associated with you and pls don't publish his personal information because he could easily justify legal action that way. I believe you on all this and it sucks and it's crazy :( What would you do if he admitted and apologized? What are you trying to do with this? I think he's already being called out by other folks idk but should we be working towards a goal?

an apology does not take back what he did, nor does it excuse the fact that he's a manipulator, abuser, pedophile, and rapist.my goal is to let other people know what he did to me, so that they can avoid him too. my goal is to use my experiences and position of power as an adult and survivor to protect minors from him. if you know of any other people who are calling him out, please direct them here!! it would be good to have people collectively sharing stories!

Pablo has seen this blog. He is claiming that he encouraged me to get mental health help during the course of our relationship, which is a lie. He always ignored my texts if i was displaying serious symptoms (having a panic attack, self harming, or having suicidal thoughts). Never once did he tell me to seek therapy. He also claims that the things I've said are "things [he's] never done", which is also a lie. I don't know which part of the post he's claiming he didn't do, but all of it is 100% true. Please remember that he is very charismatic, charming, and good with words. He has a way of making you feel bad for him in any situation. This is one of the hallmarks of abusers.
