ABANDONED BLOG

I have no clue how I ended up here. Be ready to cringe. A lot. Came here to talk with a wall, know that no one will see it, so I will be unhinged. Okay, uh, turned out that there is a group of people that actually like my posts so I guess I now have to be active here.

This is my side blog dedicated only to COD, so don't be surprised when I go quiet once I find another hyperfixation. And yes, I'm not a minor. Relax.

Also, this blog is more like for headcanons, but made "realistic" by making it my OC's page. I will try not to put any "I"s, so don't think much about it. Now I have another blog for cod x reader @bard-doe (18+). You're also welcome to ask me or my character anything, as long as you're nice. More info under the cut. So... Found the squad sitting in here during breaks. Decided to try it out. Y'all can call me Bambi, 'm one of the medics in TF-141. Don't think you need to know anything else for now. Might write something once I'm free from the paperwork.

I'm from Ukraine. Anyone supporting ru*ia will be blocked. I also can block for other reasons, which I cannot think of at the moment. I'm not mean, I don't want any trouble or stuff, that's why I'm saving both of our nerves by just removing myself from your feed.

Think that's why Ghost rarely walks in a t-shirt and always hides most of his body. Must be just as prone to burning.

Soap just doesn't care, but he did come to the med wing looking like a lobster not so long ago.

Gaz was the one who dragged him in to ask for some cooling gel. And Gaz is actually the one who rarely gets affected (I saw him using sunscreen).

I think Captain Price is either used to being under the sun or he was just born with the ability of getting a nice tan and nothing more. Well, most of his body. His face gets a bit red, just like his hands, the begining of his forearms and sometimes shoulders.

And I think Soap would be in Hufflepuff, too, but he might also be in Gryffindor. Captain Price is surely Gryffindor though. Lt Ghost would be in Slytherin, and Gaz would be in Ravenclaw.

yes ghost is the scariest looking member of the 141, but price is the one that i wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole. he's unpredictable because he's constantly switching between morality and military as the guide to his actions. he's loyal as hell but also willing to cut ties whenever someone doesn't serve him anymore. he's committed to the greater good but his definition of what the greater good is isn't solid. he's insubordinate. he has connections. so yeah, ghost might be scary, but he does what he's told. price does not.

Just saw a herd of rookies running down the corridor like death itself was chasing them. Turned out that I was half-right. Someone took Ghost's protein shake and Captain's cigars. Had to hide poor boys in the med wing until they found who it was.

Soap was caught red-handed with a spoon in his mouth. Denies stealing cigars. I would tell you who did it, but the cake is too damn good.

Absolutely not.

Ghost doesn't want anyone to see his face, and everyone respects it. Maybe because they are scared for their lives.

If it's necessary, med stuff lifts his mask just enough to attend to any injury from neck and up. But I don't think that there was any point when doctors had to worry about that. The farthest point was when Ghost had to have his nose fixed. And even then he was staring the nurse down. The only thing keeping everything together was Captain Price, who was standing in the doorframe to make sure that Lt was alright. I cannot with that papa bear. I MEAN, WHO SAID THAT

Actually, you are quite right.

Captain Price is a nice, caring person. He always drags his boys into the med wing, even if they don't want to. He scolds them for being reckless, but, you know, which parent superior isn't worried about their crew? And he's kinda sweet with anyone who isn't at the front line. Maybe he doesn't want to bring hell to those who work with papers and don't see much.

Now, how "careful" is he with medics? He talked harshly to a field doc a month ago or so. Something about them not being there the second first aid was needed. Which is understandable, someone could have died.

But medics at the base do the same thing, just less explosions and shooting–no fear of death during operation.

How long will it take before an accident happens? When someone doesn't make it?

No one wants to face Captain Price when he is mad. And, after seeing how shaken was that field doc after the telling-off, every medic on base knew they couldn't screw shit up at any point.

Why is it so hard to answer stuff? Okay, maybe the answering part isn't that hard. Making a headcanon (?) during the answer is hard. Just couldn't make it from Bambi's point of view, it made me cringe, so I had to turn it around into something else. Tell me if you want a normal thing instead of this one

Okay, I know that by talking in such a way about Soap it can seem that I don't like him or see him as a pervert, but that's not the case.

Yes, he is very loud, flirty and these two combined make him insufferable during work time. He will practically cling to his new favourite lass and ask her multiple questions about different stuff. Some like the attention, some try to carefully ask him to stop, and some, who are really tired and have too much work, bluntly tell him to go away.

But really? He's like a puppy. Walks around the base, always happy despite the horrors he had seen and injuries he had suffered. Jokes around, pranks Ghost, making everyone gasp from the fact that Sergeant wasn't killed on sight after. And he can be serious when it's required. Wouldn't be in the TF if he couldn't.

I want to say that Soap is a really nice, outgoing person. A true horror for introverts, though.

Truly scared that Captain or Lt will find my blog.

No one wants to deal with Ghost's death stare. It's already unsettling when he just stands there, watching the med stuff walk to the cafeteria or outside to smoke. Scares the living shit out of everyone when he walks up and suddenly asks for some light. Now imagine actually pissing him off. At least he can't tell anyone from the med side to do laps round the base... Can he?

And I do not want to know what Captain Price will do, besides firing immediately. Even more paperwork? "Ask" for another field medic? Give Soap the much anticipated green light to go all in and try to bend a girl over? (Doesn't mean he will succeed, but flirting will probably turn into babysitting a grown man with too much energy for a whole MONTH before he finally calms down)

Sometimes the nurses bring lollipops and other small candies. Of course, soldiers usually either don't notice or are too embarrassed to take 'em.

Not Soap. That man sees candy and goes for it. And then everyone has to stop him from bouncing off the walls if he had one to many. Lollipops are his favourite, but he chews on them like a madman.

Thanks to Ghost, who somehow manages to calm Sergeant down. A true hero, Batman, if I dare. When candy is offered to him, he usually takes one and on his way. I know for a fact that he puts two spoons of sugar in his tea, so he probably likes sweet stuff.

Captain Price also comes to calm Soap down if Ghost is not around. Told everyone to hide candies from Sergeant so he wouldn't destroy the barracks. Refused when sweets were offered. Said that he didn't really like them. After that it was a must to bring biscuits for our dear Captain. He tried not to show how happy he was, but that smile.. Ugh, Price really is a sweetheart. Please don't fire me

And Gaz. Our sweet boy. Doesn't take anything on his own, but will let his eyes wonder to the bowl from time to time. And when finally offered, will take one of each type of candy (3-4). Will not give lollipops to Soap. And he brings some cake to the med block when he can. I see why some nurses drool over this man.

Finally I'm free.

It took longer to do the job today since Soap kept coming around to flirt with the med stuff, making so much noise no one could focus. Well, he is nice, and a great company. Makes everyone laugh. The lack of women in the TF is clearly making him a bit needy. On the bright side, it's easier to get Soap here to treat his wounds.

Unlike Ghost. He is... Okay, I can't say nice, he doesn't talk much, but he ain't a dickhead either. And he hates letting anyone touch his injuries. Says it will heal on its own 98% of the time. Other 2% is when it's actually bad and needs medical intervention, that's when he comes around.

Captain Price is a bit better, but the amount of grumbling is insane. We get it, it doesn't hurt. Yes yes, you are perfectly fine, Captain. Of course you could patch it up on your own, Sir. And only when it's done he starts complimenting every nurse and doc within eyeshot. A sweetheart, but the age is clearly making him grumpy. I know he is just around his 40th, shush

And Gaz. Bless his heart. Comes around on his own when injured, doesn't complain, sits still, actually takes his medications. Sometimes comes to chat for a bit, maybe flirt a little, just like Soap. The difference is that Gaz is calmer and doesn't disturb the peace. When I tell you that some of the nurses have a crush, you better believe me.

Hope I won't get in trouble for this post. Just had to get this out of my system.
