As much as dogs need constant exercise, they need to be safe during the exercise as well. While we are walking on pavements, they are walking with their bare paws on top of hot pavements. The black asphalts can melt under hot temperature and will stick to your pup’s paw. The easy test is to put the back of your hand on the pavement, if you can’t keep it there for more than 5 seconds, then it’s too hot for your pet.
