Note to self: Things are never as bad as you think they will be.
You will worry yourself over this until you have trouble sleeping, eating (well, except for junk food) and living your daily life. You will tell yourself you should have done this or that so many times. You will want to run away from it all and not deal with things. You will tell yourself to STOP and just deal with it. Somehow everything will work out in the end and you will feel so much relief. And you will repeat the process again.
But each time, you know you will get through it. Because things are never as bad as you think they will be.
