Livin my life like its golden

Livin my life like its golden

Livin my life like its golden

Livin my life like its golden, golden, golden, GOlden!!

You see I was Livin my life like its golden

Up until about age 13 when I was drastically snatched from my reality

Reality has not yet set in that this was a insane plain surely crime infused 

It puzzles me

At 13 aint my dreams still supposed to hang on the sweet smell of strawberries in the summer

I wondered, where the sun went

when I was given the news --- over the phone

My sleepy butter crusted eyes were not trained, yet ready to percieve the words spoken

so I replied with nothing, just tears slowly running  --

into the pours of my skin still soft because I was still just a baby

 maybe a little mature for my age

-- but Mama -- i wasnt ready

Not for that news

Writer's Block.

I ready to do another mixtape… Got the beats lined up… Now I have to write… I NEED INSPIRATION!!! I just need to write… Write write write… Write whatever’s on my mind because thinking to hard shouldn’t be the case… i shouldn’t have to give up, or find something else…  I need to be focused when I write… I’m always putting it off, and then it never gets done.

#LTAB

Hey, if yall don't know what LTAB is then yall are sooooooo not at the level you should be at if you Love Poetry. I love this time of the year because LTAB is in full effect. I graced the mic and did my thang - but the judges however did not grace me with the 10's that I so thought I deserved -- but nevertheless, I had a good time and met some great poets. Finals are Fri, Sat, and Mon and Im soo excited to feel all of the poet love in the building... Anyways -- Vids coming REAL SOON (I'll post some from last year too)

New Year -- New Poetry!!

hey sorry guys, I've been M.I.A. for a while. To make it up for you guys here is a new poem that I am writing. It is just the start -- so you guys get to witness the creation first. I will be adding a new verse or stanza every other day until I finish it.

Title: Thoughtless

These thoughts in my head bang/

like raindrops drip in rain/

just like the homeless live in pain/

daily begging for coins -- for its money they seek to gain/

cursing the rich they beg but who is the one to blame/

might not've come from the top but higher is where they came/

nightmares of the bottom is what they claim/

pride before settling is what they aim/

but instead of working to get ahead and fighting to reclaim/

 they just become a nobody with arm extended -- with "homeless" as thier name
