Daisy: can you guys stop messing with my twin, she keeps neurotically pacing every night since this shit went down

( to freya ) "... how well do you know your friend, really? Maybe he deserves that being who can no longer be- You know what, heads or tails? Heads, he pushes the child off the cliff, tails he doesn't."

Freya blinked. "Excuse me?" She said. "I don't think that he would ever do that, but lucky for you it's tails." They said with a sigh, this was all getting way too weird for their liking; ever since one of the ones who was stuck in the dream went missing.

"How many voices are there? Can you name them?"

Dorian rolled his eyes. "Yes cause it's so easy to count many voices at once, if I figure it out I'll let you know." He said letting out a sigh, what was with all this cryptic stuff lately; he supposed he couldn't comment seeing as he often delivered cryptic prophecies.

(( to freya, or any of keita's friends really )) "... if you were looking for information, where would you go?" Huh? This voice seems ... different. Quieter, less judgmental?

Freya sighed. "You would have to be more specific about the information I'm trying to find, if it's merely from watching people then a crowded place; if it's from people who seem like they have stuff to hide then I would follow them."

ooh I just thought of an absolutely diabolical idea of Ryo insisting that Kanata forms the contract with him, and then immediately discards him once he's claimed his soul

The classmate looks up at Freya with owlish eyes. "You know, you keep talking about this Keita person but- Whose Keita? Mio's an only child you know."

"Whose Keita?" Freya took in the question for a moment, where had she heard that before? That dream with the forgotten man, was history repeating itself here? Or did she never leave Penacony at all? "I see, she's an only child is she? Have you told her that?" Freya responded before they stood up.

"Excuse me for a moment." She added, she needed to find her bearings; and figure out where the hell she was right now.

(( to any of keita's friends )) 🍁 "What lie do you think a fool told to trick even the greatest of liars?"

Freya thought for a moment. "You're asking the wrong kind of person here, I always strive to tell the truth. But if someone was that great at trickery I wonder if they tricked the greatest of liars into believing that they cared about them." She said.

"Of course I could be wrong about that, but I think that is the kind of lie that would betray me the most." They added.

I do love that Keita and Freya are self sacrificing but in kind of different ways. Keita's way of self sacrificing is believing everyone gets hurt from the things that burden him. Meanwhile Freya is self-sacrificing because she takes on the responsibility of everyone's problems

(( to freya )) 🍁 "Are you sure you can save your friend? Wouldn't it just be safer to ... leave him?"

Freya let out a sigh. "I will absolutely try to save him, that's the most I can do right now." Once again she was starting to wish she had never gotten involved in Penacony, or anything else for that matter. But there was no turning back now.

Alex hugs Keita from behind. "Hey, it's okay, you and everyone you love are safe now. Come here." He murmurs a soft lullaby into Keita's ears as he rocks him side to side, holding him tightly as if to ground him.

Keita smiled weakly. "I want to believe that, but I can't shake off the feeling that something bad happened." He said as he allowed himself to be held for a little while, even though he felt so deeply troubled; he knew that there was still something that he was forgetting. Something important.
