Surprise surprise!

We are no longer a throuple! I broke it off with one of them because she was running my mental health into the ground so badly that all i wanted to do was Kms.

Me and the other oartner are doing great and agree that she needs to leave. The earliest she can do that is February next year. Wish us luck!!

Im in pain...im tired. My whole life amounts to fucking nothing. My one partner is depressed and the other is working...im sat here trying to help myself when the best thing i can fucking do is lay in bed and cry. I want to tell them both that im not okay...but theyre both so busy.

Im sick. Both mentally amd physically. My withdrawl had kicked me bad. I just have nothing i can do.

My dad disowned me yesterday. Not even a call. He just texted me "Im cutting off contact. Your life is a mess I cant deal with you and your attempts"....I cant deal with this...the last person that cared...gone.

I had a breakdown this morning hitting myself over the head and in my temples just yelling "Fu**ing fix yourself" over and over. One of them was downstairs with me while it happened....but they were too busy to hear untill i stopped and just balled up on the floor crying...Gotta love your life havent you?
