Thinking about how it's been literally one episode and we've already seen how much of Armand's trauma has been twisted to haunt him. On the one hand there are people sexualising and objectifying him and taking goofy pictures with his painting and on the other you have a coven of vampires adopting the name of the cult that brutally abused him, while claiming that he is their inspiration. He should be allowed to kill every single living creature on earth.

Why is no one asking about Lesmand in these interviews or addressing their relationship in the reviews. Armand and Lestat’s fraught relationship with each other is so prevalent and reoccurring in the books. They cycle through love and hate but always find away to forgive each other. I’m worried that their relationship doesn’t seem important to anyone (fans who like endgame ships, the writers who haven’t brought it up or the interviewers/reviewers who clearly have seen at least 6 episodes and haven’t asked Assad or Sam). I understand that Loustat and Devil’s Minion are popular and beloved ships (and I like both) but Lesmand is a core relationship of the whole series and I really want to know something about them to look forward to.
