thoschei tropes that i think should be reversed:

travelling companion - i think everyone wants this but the master should have their own companion

long-term captivity - shalka, missy and nearly saxon all had to go through being the doctor’s prisoner so it’s time the doctor got trapped by the master for a series

dramatic reveal - with a new body the master gets to have a weird alias and dramatically reveal their identity to the doctor but i say it’s their turn. let the doctor have a dumb alias like co trod or smth and reveal themselves to the master

tardis interior - “can i copy your homework but change a bit” is pretty much the master’s attitude to interior design but i think it would be fun if the master had a unique tardis design that the doctor nicks and makes lighter
