okay like in my head nmj and lxc dated all through high school and broke up when they went to different colleges but they moved back to the same city and they’re friends and not talking about getting back together and definitely not pining and then lxc starts talking about this new guy he’s seeing and nmj is happy for him! He really is! But then lxc shows him a picture and nmj is like “wait hang on is that…” and he pulls up the pic in his contacts for comparison and it’s like

I feel like there's already been a post about this but I can't stop thinking about how Jiang Cheng just knows how to counter JGY's music in the temple and does it immediately and effortlessly, almost like he's been practicing for quite some time in case of a hypothetical fight against a powerful cultivator who is renowned for using guqin music in battle. I wonder why he would do such a thing
