Now that was a special one… because every item in the game had a minimum value, and a beehive was a container for bees, which each had a minimum value… which meant the moment one of your dwarves picked up a beehive, your entire fortress’ net worth skyrocketed… a value used in determining how powerful the foes that visit and try to murder you are.

Akane being a control freak is so important to me. Someone who lost her life at a very young age due to the cruelty of others. Yet she has the power to pull the strings back in her favor. The power to control who lives and dies, who falls and who saves her. As the world is falling apart around her she has to save the world. She controls whenever she lives and dies. She controls the deaths of those around her if they don’t follow the right path.

But it’s not a result of cruelty. Not at all. She cares for people. She loves Junpei. She wants to save the lives of six billion. She’s controlling for the sake of never again being powerless. Because she can’t go back. She can’t be afraid again. She only gets to suffer and die on her own terms.

That’s why zero time dilemma is so particularly interesting for her. It’s Akane at her powerless. No longer pulling the strings. She’s afraid. She watches Junpei die multiple times and she can’t save him the way he saved her. She loses it whenever he dies. She’s even willing to directly kill anyone who hurts him.

This could be controversial but i do legitimately think there should be demotions over this, the r/deltarune moderation team has proved they'll just lay down and let transphobia happen and treat the trans people themselves as if they are some how equally complicit for just having a different interpretation of the text. Keep in mind this community is famous for theorising, this is the first time (to my knowledge at least) they have ever outright banned a certain theory and i do not think it is merely a coincidence that is specifically a transgender theory. People being shitty to galsei theorists is not the fault of the galsei theorists for fucks sake
