Okay wait, there is a pile of corpses he's sitting on in the show, so he may have done some fucked up stuff

So at bare minimum he's killed a lot of people for the sake of vengeance that didn't have anything to do with his families death, enough to sit on a pile of them (as it's implied that he killed a lot of people, not that I think he literally dragged a bunch of bodies together to watch the sunset because that is 100% serial killer vibez)

He even says they are "demons" and he thinks they should "suffer as he has"

How many people did he kill in the war? How many were unwarranted? If he thinks they should suffer as he has does that mean he killed other people's families?

I doubt it, but I do wonder how far down the darkness he went off screen.

You could argue that he would have been prosecuted but I doubt it because he was a spy at the later end of the war which means he likely got some sort of protections and seeing as the crime(s) he may have committed were done under a different identity and it's pre-internet times I doubt they would have the records to hold him accountable without extensive digging.

Also the spy guy who gets him to join the spy sector of the country says he should question everything even "what he thinks is right or wrong" implying that he should be willing to do fucked up stuff and Loids motivations during the war are to create a better world which people often use to justify a lot of fucked up stuff during wartime

And the full metal lady talks about some fucked up shit during the bomb dog episode and she trained him

I wanted to do a little comic progress update because it's been awhile since I've posted about my comic

i have been distracted to be honest, mostly with my delusions and trauma. However I have been making a lot of progress with my mental healing. I have been working on perspective and for shortening which is difficult to do. I had to redraw this a few times and I have been learning more about how to draw stuff at angles. To be honest the shapes I'm having to draw at angles are very difficult but it's a good learning experience.

I am still gonna put more detail on the pages but I need to finish the rough poses first. I feel like the left arm and leg of the drawing sorta look a little short but also it's supposed to be foreshortened but I feel like I should make the limbs a little longer.

I am working a lot on my consistency when it comes to the shape and size of things. I think the issue I've had is that I tend to try and just draw freehand all of the stuff without much reference because I often get too wrapped up in the exact pose. However I'm using some looser references, now I just have a reference and look at my reference whenever I need to make an adjustment on my drawing.

I'm also doing a lot of different angles so I have to get the shape and sizes more consistent. I'm using a measurement of the head of this Krit species which is a little different from the human ratio. I'm thinking the forearms are a little longer than a humans and also the torso is definitely a little longer than a humans

Drawing is very cathartic, I feel like it helps a lot to draw when i need to calm down. However I also have had issues with anger and frustration so sometimes I need to rest and destress if I get too frustrated and flustered.

If the lorax speaks for the trees, and trees share DNA with humans and pretty much every other animal on the planet. Would it not then be that the Lorax speaks for all beings on the planet?

Would the Lorax not speak for humanity, to argue that we are destroying ourselves, would they not speak for the chipmunks, that they are eating too many nuts sometimes, would they not speak for the snakes and say "hey bro,ah e don't leave your fucking skin all over the place, kinda a dick move"

I think the Lorax would speak for all being on the planet, the Lorax is, maybe, perhaps, our spokes person and the planets spoke person

He probably doesn't feel too great about how humanity has been handling stuff when it comes to the environment tho

Like, clearly they don't have sex, or at least they rarely do. But do they get penis enhancements? Is there a tactical advantage? Or are their penises around the same size as before they're turned into space marines?

I think I know where all of the recent men vs women bullshit has come from

Spy kids, there was that episode where boys were being turned into girls and they had to combat it and try to stay men.

It is a fact that all of this political turmoil and issues with gender and sexuality stemmed from spy kids and no deep seeded hatred of people who are different and definitely with zero connections to any form of extremist or supremacist group or groups.

People wanting to go to places like heaven or talking about sending people to hell baffles me

The idea that people would not consider the fact that the only way they could be themselves over that period and not become some sort of dystopian royal with twisted desires purely for the sake of variety, would be if they constantly forgot where they were or if they were destroyed and then rebuilt after a period of time.

It sounds like just another form of hell but will less fire and more pretty words

Also the idea of people wishing people to go to hell, I don't think people consider the level of pain and suffering that people would experience. They would likely go mad within a year and forget who they were or even what they had done. After a hundred years I don't think they'd even be a person anymore, just an experiencer of pain and suffering. They might not even know how to speak or have concepts of what life would be like without torture.

To wish that, even upon the most vile of person, is in it's a vile act.

I don't think people tend to think through the full ramifications of what heaven and hell mean, however I am not surprised as religions don't tend to reward critical thinking skillz.
