It's crazy that like 10 years ago i was terrified of talking to people on the phone and now everything is so shitty that i get excited at the prospect of talking to a real person. Like yes i would love to call and make a reservation at the restaurant for us instead of trying to do it on a janky 3rd party website with a million ads. I would love to book my dr's appointment in 2 minutes over the phone. I would love to call my boss instead of talking over email or text. Maybe im just getting old
