Our friends over at NotGuilty Mega Zine recently hooked us up with a copy of their 10th edition.  As usual it’s packed full of U.K panels and a broad selection from elsewhere; including Rotterdam and Vienna.  Rallye from TSK from Spain and Shiz ZAIX/STFU both feature and have submitted some nice, never before seen content. The DWS crew from England end the magazine with a nice feature including panels from NYC and Athens.  As usual, NotGuilty delivered a high quality publication filled with panels, wholecars, subways, yard shots and much more.
