I really like panoramic photos. For the past year I’ve used a Fuji TX2 as my main panoramic camera, augmenting with a Fuji GSW690 sometimes. I recently started testing a Bronica ETRSi as a good travel medium format camera. It’s a solid camera and has some unique options including two 135 backs. The “N” back is standard 35mm but the other back, the 135W, is a panorama back. It’s not quite as wide as the TX2, losing about a cm in width, but is more than adequate. It weighs a lot less than the TX2 as well, so if you want both medium format and pano, it’s a great travel option. Here are a few sample images from my recent trip to the Canary Islands. All shot on either Kodak Portra 400 or TX400.
