I am actually a fraud. I feel so invalid bc I have failed at restricting lately and I have been continuously gaining. I have been relying on subliminals to loose it again and to stop eating so much.... but I keep failing and I don’t know how to stop it.... I just eat and I disgust myself. I’m such a pig🤮🤮😓 even after purging it back up.... I used to be so much better at this by only having a rice cake a day and seven cups of black coffee😭

Happy 24th birthday to this fat bitch who can’t get her life together and only knows how to gain weight.
10 days. 10 pounds. Did it again.
(Today is the 29th of January for the record)
All I did was fast for at least 16 hours in between meals.
One of those meals was a 2500 calorie binge. Other meals were 400-1000 calories of mainly protein and fats AND NO CARBS (except for that binge).

This loose skin will always be part of me and impossible to get rid of without surgery. But my friend had the skin removal surgery 2 years ago and and now it’s very difficult for her to exercise because the incision starts to hurt so what’s worse? A scar and not being able to exercise. Or just hiding this under clothes?
Me: all right I’m going to start my fast today, I’m motivated and ready to be skinny

Low cal chocolate cupcakes
4 eggwhites: 68
stevia 4tbsp: 0
cocoa powder 2 tbsp: 30
all purpose flour 3 tbsp: 90
yougurt 4tbsp: 40
cinammon powder 2tsp: 3
cardamom 2tsp: 6
baking powder 1tsp: 0
total cals: 237
total cals each: 20
Preheat oven at 200°C/392°F and in the oven for around 10mins
- First whip the eggs into a stiff foam and add in the stevia
- Then add flour and cocoa pouder through a sive so there wont be any clumps and fold them in be careful not to over mix them
- Now the yogurt and mix gently
- Then add the baking powder, cinammon and cardamom
- Then put them in cupcake papers and into the oven
Mine made 11, but i ate some of the mixture so it could make more😄
If you wanna make them even more low cal you can leave out the yogurt/use another low cal butter substitute or nut butter, i think that would make them taste good too💕
I know after the oven they look a bit weird but they’re soo good!

Slimming clothes
Okay, look, I’m all for wearing whatever you want to wear, but let’s be real, we all hate our bodies
So, not to be that person, but I am a professional at using clothes to look thinner, so I was thinking I’d list some of my most used tricks
Sheer black stockings with an oversized sweater. The sheer stockings will still show some skin colour, but become more opaque at the “edges” of your legs, its so slimming. A very oversized sweater will make your face and hands look smaller
Oversized sweatpants and a skin tight top. Again, the contrasts of oversized and slim makes you look smalles. It’s very important that the pants are high waisted. with it being oversized, if you pull it over your stomac, it literally dissapears. Your waist looks thinner. If you pull the legs to about mid-calf, your legs look super thin.
Chunky bracelets makes your wrist smaller.
Heels, of course, if only I was short enough
Skin tight black sweater makes your arms look so fucking thin its insane
A bun with some strands pulled out makes your neck look so elegant and dainty
Over-the-knee socks elongates your legs so goddamn much it’s crazy
Chokers makes your neck thinner
Not clothes, but your positure is vital. Your waist looks smaller, butt looks better, back looks slimmer, neck looks smaller
Try to avoid baggy clothes all over, as with skin tight all over, contrasts are important.
If you want to slim down your fingers, long dark nails does the trick. Personally I grow out my nails naturally. If anyone wants some tips on how to get then obnoxiously long, feel free to hit me up
Hair with volume. The best lengs are either a bob right over your shoulders (frames your face and showes off your collarbones) or very long hair, think waist and longer, but then its crucial that you have a lot of volume/curls. If your hair looks big, you look smaller. Avoid middle lengt, straight hair, which can make your shoulders look wider.
This is what works for me and other people i have talked to, I am not saying this is universal

But the very next day here I am again on the bathroom floor

And all they can say is just to stop

When this hunger is the only thing that makes me feel on top
Sure I’m suffering
But only a little bit
Eat one tiny thing a day
And hope my body can deal with it
My brain is shutting down
But the number on the scale is smaller than before
So please let me keep this going
Till I can say I have a body I adore
