so they're only going to start making a profit on this in a year's time, which feels... really odd for what would otherwise be a desperate cash grab.

I'm actually completely done having an even remotely "well, maybe, only if used correctly..." opinion on "AI" used for anything remotely related to design or creation (yes, even software development, yes, even essays, yes, anything). This stuff needs to be culled from existence, and I will never support it. I'm not touching it with a ten-foot pole. It is morally bankrupt from the concept alone. I literally don't care if we ever come to have the most "perfect" regulations, when the entire thing's only purpose is to never need artists OR HUMAN INPUT again. It spits on humanity and expects to be hailed as the greatest achievement, and then has the audacity to use the excuse that it will give power to random people when its intentions are the opposite. I don't know how much more clearly I can state that they want us all gone. If we're still around, it's because they're still in the process of how to replace us, and this keeps getting worse at an alarming pace. Art is literally the only remaining cornerstone of humanity that had been untouched by this bullshit and now it's in serious trouble, while people laugh at how funny their AI covers sound and how cute their automated, regurgitated art is.

(And even beyond that? For things such as writing? I don't know how you don't see the repercussions of literally having a machine do basic brainwork for you. I thought we laughed at this years ago!)

There is no immediate salvation except to reject this wherever it pops up while we still have a chance.

If you use AI for anything, even just "for fun", you're harming everyone, and I hope you know that.

I think we desperately need to return to analog culture and slow life. Handwritten letters, seeing movies in the cinema, taking pictures and frame them or put them into physical photo albums, reading physical books, in-person visits and interacting, and time spent outdoors. Our lives weren’t meant to be entirely online. The simple joys of tangible living are irreplaceable and can never be taken away from us. No screen can replicate the weight of a book in your hands, the smell of it, the warmth of someone’s voice without lag, or the way time slows when you’re fully present. Memories feel different when they’re not curated for an audience. The most meaningful moments were never meant to be documented; they were meant to be fully lived.

I'm writing a unified theory of the real reason behind most female suffering: Something I call Chronic Blood Loss Depletion Syndrome.

It's very long, and I'm gathering even more data before posting it, but basically: I have strong, real reasons to suspect that almost every single thing chalked up to normal female hormones is actually a continuum of blood loss depletion deficiencies that have been normalized.

The population already has deficiencies (owed to poor education = diets with many micronutrient absorption problems), but when you add unaddressed bleeding, you get extremely severe symptoms that seem to "only" manifest in luteal, when in reality, estrogen during follicular was only helping mask them (estrogen makes the brain more sensitive to dopamine, among many things).

During luteal, prolactin also rises from low iron (leading to "PMS" sore breasts, milk discharge, going up sizes), which also lowers progesterone, alongside estrogen and testosterone. Low iron, the biggest driving cause, worsens bleeding, perpetuating the cycle. I call it a syndrome, because it involves MANY deficiencies, not just iron; and it needs to be studied in the woman specifically because some might have high folate but low zinc, etc, etc.

If I'm right about most of this, and I think I am...

The ramifications are terrifying.
