In honor of May the 4th (yesterday) & Revenge of the 5th (today) I thought I’d share my headcanons of what kind of lightsabers I think the Lyoko Warriors would wield & their particular fighting styles as Jedi:
Jeremie- I can see him wielding a standard single bladed lightsaber with a green blade. As green blades are used by Jedi Consulars whose emphasis is on better understanding The Force I see Jeremie learning more about it rather than being more of an active combatant. That said I imagine he’d have a very calculated fighting style relying on studying his foe before directly engaging and even using force pushes to keep them at a distance
Aelita- I can envision her using a yellow bladed saber with a longer handle akin to the sabers used by Temple Guardians- Sentinels combine the disciples of both Jedi Guardians & Jedi Consulars which feels like Aelita. The longer handle gives Aelita better control of the blade which she uses for flyby attacks and she also uses the environment to her advantage
Ulrich- dude definitely wields two single blades lightsabers with blue blades. His style is more or less identical to how he fights on Lyoko making use of his natural speed (also some Force Dashing) an ferocity
Yumi- given how disciplined she is I can see her with a purple blade like Mace Windu but rather than a single blade she’s rocking a double bladed saber (as a nod to her staff in Evolution). Her fighting style is a mix of Mace Windu’s Vapaad & Form 4: combining aggression & agility with her natural gracefulness
Odd- definitely a single bladed saber with a blue blade. As for his style it’s as chaotic and unpredictable as he is. One moment he’s running on all four’s (or three’s plus saber in hand) the next he’s jumping from surface to surface keeping his enemies on their toes
William- I can see him using a lightsaber with a cross guard with blade originally being blue, then red under XANA’s control, then white post XANA. As for his fighting style its emphasis is on strength relying on slow but heavy swings to more effortlessly dispatch opponents. His style was initially more sloppy before XANA took over but after being freed from his control now carries more defense
