Another thing you Vic fans probably aren't aware of, is that Rooster teeth themselves got complaints from parents about Vic touching their daughters in an inappropriate way. After a long discussion with HR which was months long, they had to worry more about their FANS and safety of the attendees of their conventions than having an overpaid subpar voice actor on payroll.
