Yup! And I’m gonna give some backstory on the reason I chose it now
1. I love the song Micheal in the bathroom it’s very awesome, and despite never seeing the musical that song has always had a special place in my heart because its so relatable , which I will get into in another numbered reason
2. “Mike” for Mike wheeler, but also I deemed that calling myself Mike would make sense because around the time I especially related to the song Micheal in the bathroom, I was additionally playing a character in something who was named Micheal. He was very much a blank slate so I gave him a lot of my personality and a bit from the song. So I was thinking that combined with the fact that this blog is mostly stranger things/ one wheat mark themed, calling myself Mike was fitting as I’ve always had that connection to the name mike/micheal.
3. Another connection to the name is micheal Holden from solitaire . That book helped me understand a lot about my own depression and I generally have a great love for the osemanverse, including micheal, who I not only relate to but I mean we have the same hair I guess lol. I also have the same hair as Mike wheeler. I actually cut it and at some point it looked exactly like him in one wheat mark
4. I relate to the song micheal in the bathroom very much because I often spent time reading books in the bathroom when I was younger at school instead of socializing out of fear or rejection for being neurodivergent earlier on. Now I’m going to quote the song and explain some more reasons why I was shocked that I could relate to a song this much.
“I am hanging in the bathroom at the biggest party of the fall
I could stay right here or disappear and nobody'd even notice at all”
I would always be hanging in the bathroom at some point during parties because I was either overstimulated or just didn’t want to be there in the first place. Sometimes I would go in there because I had been bullied by someone, and obviously no one would notice if I just disappeared, which was something I thought about a lot.

My only friend had decided to stop being friends with me out of the blue(probably because I was weird because once she stopped being friends with me she became more popular) and whenever I would see her with our other friends, they would always give me weird looks or whisper about me to the point that I was too scared to go out during break so I’d spend it in the bathroom.
Im actually too lazy to quote the rest but basically a lot of shit happened to me at school , and oftentimes neither my parents, the staff, or other students cared. The only thing I could do was hide out in the bathroom. Maybe read sometimes. I had a lot of fond memories in there as silly as it was. But I would also go there to just let out my emotions, spiral, and sometimes do things like SH when the thoughts got really dark. But washing my hands in the end or just drinking some water always helped me calm down a bit.
