Trying to make massive changes in your life quickly are proven to not work. You need to make the changes slowly over a period of time. For example, if you want to get up earlier start with changing your mindset and believing you can, then make small changes like getting up 5 mins earlier each day. Our bodies do not handle extreme changes well and most of the time when we try to make these big changes we revert back to the way we were.
