AU where Johnny and Dally become ghosts but instead of being all angsty about it they constantly fuck with the gang (and friends)

Pony constantly complains about his hair grease being missing and how it always ends up on the top of the fridge somehow. Soda and Darry both think it’s the other doing it.

Steve goes to work and finds all of his tools in the wrong spots, accuses Soda or Two-Bit every time but neither ever fess up.

Buck works on-and-off with cleaning out Dally’s old room, but always finds all of his work strewn across the floor.

The bookmarks in Pony’s books never seem to stay in the same spot.

After the fifth time Tim Shepard finds his tires slashed in a month, Curtis gang and friends all huddle around an Ouija board just for the hell of it. When they finally stop yelling at each other about purposefully moving the thing, it begins to shakily spell out a word. They all watch in horror and awe, until the words form—-
