i’ve been trauma dumping on my sisters in our group chat a lot lately but mostly only things related to our parents or family dynamic

does it help? sometimes, when i feel annoyed in that moment from thinking about it. more than anything it just allows me to show them why i make no apologies for what i won’t go out of my way for when it comes to doing certain things for and with them or my parents, and why i won't let anyone make me feel bad for it. it is a nice and comfortable place to finally be in with my family.
