That said I do think it's insane when people refuse to consider the possibility that Link could be mute/non-verbal because you had the option to say 'yes' or 'no' a few times. the part i highlighted in red is written the way it is written, by a lawyer, to make sure tumblr can ban people who endanger their platform in places like Australia where hentai or drawn material or even fiction involving anyone who could be perceived as a minor in a sexual situation, even if fictional, is illegal.

likewise it is 100% bannable to be under the age dictated by your region while having a tumblr account. if you are a system or multiple or a little or a roleplaying blog or anyone whose presentational age is much younger than their chronological age, and your front-facing persona is underaged, do not make posts says 'im underaged'. i found at least one repeat-banned account today who is constantly posting about being 12. they have to ban you for being 12. if you get banned for saying "im 12", make a new account, and then post "i dont understand why they keep baning me for being 12", they will ban you again for being 12. and theres nothing i or anyone else can do about it
