also i stopped using ypt and started using just a normal physical timer and genuinely its so much better. always having my phone hovering around due to ypt was so awful. why did it take me so long to figure this out 😭😭

Long time no see! I recently got a Plotter writing pad and it somehow reminded me of this blog and gradblr community.

My research keeps getting more and more interesting. I’m trying something big to fund my academic life!

10.06.2026 // digital detox hours

realised that i've been spending way too much time online, so decided to do a digital detox for a few hours (after taking aesthetic photos, of course). my friend and i, sitting beside each other in quiet intimacy at the community library—me, journalling and reading; her, translating from sinhala to english.

had the most amazing day!!! i feel a bit better from the cold i caught, had a pretty productive study sesh and went out for dinner with my lovely family for my brother in law's bday! i feel so lucky for days such as this one
