OPERATIONS HAVE MOVED TO @minisculemars

I guess the question is why? well it's simple, about 7 years ago for whatever reason i decided to split my blogs into 2, one "main" one for following and reblogging shit, ect. and one soley for art. At the time it was great for organization, but eventually I really got sick of the impersonal nature that came with coming to this blog one a few times each year and dumping some art and leaving. It also gave me some weird perfectionist syndrome where I worried too much about how my blog would look all together, which means the art is less fun. Not to say I don't love what ive uploaded, i do! But I wanna go back to having fun with blogging and drawing, and thats in the form of just starting fresh.

Oh also it just felt impractical too. maybe on a site like twitter with godawful organization it makes sense to have separate accounts but tumblr has a tagging system so if you really just want the user's art you can just look in the tag.

I'm thinking I might reblog my art from the new one onto here, for a little bit at least. I've already signed this blog over to my new one.

so thank you for any support, whether you followed me or gave me just a single like. It means a lot and im glad my stuff could brighten people's day, thats what I'm here for, and will keep doing. See you again!

ok i am banging my pots and pans, calling all hatbox enthusiasts, how we feeling?

first impression: THANK GOD ITS NOT JARED LETO IN MAKEUP... ik hes still the voice but at least theres some detachment i can use because its not his face onscreen. to be real, i only hate leto cus the actor is annoying but if we ignore that (its kinda hard lol) i can understand how his voice fits and why they chose him. ill live with it... for now...

as for the design i think its fine, my main issue is it just looks weird in this shot? is it just me? i think the lighting really fucks with it but it's hard to tell because its like a couple frames of him moving so disney is really giving us absolute crumbs to go off of

anyways im overall excited, i dont really expect a masterpiece of cinema but i have faith that it can be an enjoyable experience. the HM means a lot to me and as youve all noticed im not really invested in it much these days but i hope this movie can reignite it also

Am sorry about the Jared Leto news Hatty and all that love the Mansion deserve sooooo much better then this, I actually went to the orginal one a few weeks ago and saw him in person my buggy even stopped three times of the nine times I rode near him.

if you told my 15 year-old hatbox ghost obsessed self that jared leto was gonna be cast as hatty i wouldve thought you were fucking with me but its true and i still feel like im being fucked with. if he was just a bad actor i can at least look past it. but leto is known to be an overall jackass along with having numerous assult allegations. granted its just allegations but when you send used condoms to your co-stars in the name of "method acting" you're not gonna go much benefit of the doubt from me.
