Her brows remained in the air. She was amused at just how far he was willing to go just to feel her warm wet tongue around his dick. These were definitely some things he would come to regret in five minutes. She couldn’t wait to watch him race to the cabinet as soon as the twenty-four hours were up. She wondered if she should make the maids hide the liquor for the time being. It was sad but she didn’t trust him enough to stay away even when she wasn’t “looking.” Holy hell, there were a lot of bottles they’d need to hide.
Her expression dropped to a neutral stance; though her eyes still held the same amused twinkle as before. Jenna crawled back over to her boyfriend after a quiet moment. Her first contact was his feet; she never removed her hands as they smoothed over the rest of his leges. Jen leaned in close so that their faces only hovered over each other just slightly.
“One blowjob coming up for you, sir,” she whispered, squeezing his thighs teasingly. Jenna scooted back so she could peal the obstacles away.
honestly, jake wasn’t expecting his bargaining to actually work, but he wasn’t complaining one bit. sure, no whisky for 24 whole hours would be hard, but on a plus he was about to receive head, so he couldn’t really complain.
endeared eyes watched his lover closely as she hovered atop him, jake refrained himself from leaning up and kissing jennifer; instead, he just focused on not blowing his load the second the blonde’s hand wrapped around his member.
dressed in just his boxers, jake watched jenna closely, completely enraptured by her beauty as she moved her way back. it never failed to amaze the millionaire how gorgeous she was, and how true their relationship was. it wasn’t about cash, and he adored that he was so sure about that. he loved how she made him feel like that.
inhaling sharply, the male lifted his butt from the sofa, giving the blonde an easier way to remove his underwear, the last and only piece of clothing he was wearing.

The hand that had been placed on the small of her back didn’t go unnoticed. It was such an innocent touch amidst this crowded room. She dreaded the moment he would release her. She turned to him, nodding. She had heard his answer, but she wasn’t sure what to say.
This moment was the perfect time to change the status of the ways they could get in touch. It was something they both so clearly wanted. However, exchanging numbers was something she could never go back on. There would be more dates, more face time. It had already been decided since night one that could never happen. She had her own issues and he had his. It would never work.
“It doesn’t seem so out of character.” She looked around as if it was the first time she had done so. It was a really big wedding. People of all ages were there. More people had sat down so the standing population wasn’t quite as dense as when she and Jake stood up to go to the bar.
Jenna stopped abruptly when a boy who looked to be in his late teens shot past them, carrying a squirming child in his arms. Her gaze followed them naturally as she briefly pondered over the events leading up to this case of action.
She turned back to Jake. “So what were we saying? –Oh. The wedding. Maybe his wife convinced him? I can see her doing that. She has Mike wrapped around her finger.” She smiled amusedly.
“He actually enjoys the attention, so I’ve been told.” Jennifer was referring to BJ. She noted the blush–it was hard not to, especially since for a second he looked like he would need CPR.
“–Wait, where’s our table?” Jenna stood on her toes as she tried to look over the crowd but to no avail.
“so uhm,” he choked out nervously, clearing his throat momentarily. “could we maybe exchange numbers?” he asked, his voice breaking more than once in that short sentence alone. “you know, so we could maybe hang out again.” he shrugged his shoulders. “--i mean --i mean it wouldn’t have to be in public, you could come to mine or--” he began to ramble, nerves written over his face.
when jennifer stopped abruptly, the male’s brows tugged together confusedly as his gaze remained on the woman. “oh, most certainly. i feel like at this point, he’d go to world’s end for her.” he mused softly, a hint of a smile pulling at his lips at how happy his best friend truly was, his gaze looking over in their direction.
“he enjoys the attention of people comparing his initials to such an intimate act?” he asked, clearly confused and not in the slightest bit mockingly. though despite that, there was no doubt that he was still rather flustered over discussing such a thing with one of the most beautiful girl’s he’d ever seen-- and the only one that had ever done such a thing to him.
“--oh, it’s just over there,” he murmured, snaking his arm around jenna’s petite waist and pulling her closer to his side as he used his other hand to point to where their allocated seating was.

“What–oh, crap.” Carlyle jumped as soon as she saw a figure stand where there previously had been a free path for people to walk through. She had been so engrossed in her own world that it wasn’t until the second time her name had been called that she came back down to Earth.
“Jake!” The blonde set her phone down on the tiny table and shot up, her amrs fleeing her sides to hug his neck. “Of course, I remember you.” She pulled back quickly, a huge grin on her face. It would be hard not to remember this boyfriend for he was not just any ex. If they hadn’t gone down different paths, they would have been married. Most likely. The break-up had been such a big shock to everyone, including her, even if it had been clear for a while that they would be spending some time apart post-graduation.
“Come on–sit down. I do not care for the one-minute bullshit.” Carlyle sat down in her original spot, tapping the opposite end of the table as a means to encourage Jake along. “I’m so glad you came here at this time, on this day.”
in all honesty, jake was sceptical of carlyle’s reaction to seeing him. sure, things hadn’t ended terribly between the two, but it had been such a long time, that he wasn’t sure if she was over that era of her life; he wasn’t sure if he was or not, but the utter shock of seeing the blond caused his actions to overpower his mind.
there was no denying it--he felt at home in carlyle’s arms. even after so many years. exhaling through his nose once the woman pulled away from the hug, the male forced a smile over his lips before nodding and taking a seat where instructed to.
“i can’t--i can’t believe we’ve bumped in to eachother like this,” he mused, glancing around the quaint establishment before looking back over at the woman. “i’ve never been here before. if it wasn’t for my lack of sleep last night, i wouldn’t have even came in,” he chuckled, shaking his head slightly in disbelief. “how have you been?”

It seemed that the eyes and mouths of the classroom got wider as Dr. Jones carried on. There were more questions asked about his history but that came to an end when the attention was redirected to the repetitive syllabus. Carlyle listened with intent anyway–the class would be over soon enough and she would be done for the time-being.
Carlyle was one of the last risers when the class was dismissed. She wanted to stay behind and talk to the man that was no her teacher. There were other students hovering his attention, though, so she opted to exit the room and wait just outside the door where things wouldn’t be quite as suspicious. Not that anyone was really watching her.
“Dr. Jones!” Her attention snapped to the door; she jolted forward to catch up with him as soon as she realized he was headed in the opposite direction. “Can I walk with you?”
jake would be lying to himself if he’d have denied the fact that he was disappointed when he watched the blond beauty exit the room without a single interaction, but then again, he knew she was completely out his league, and probably just had a few too many drinks when she decided to sleep with him.
exhaling a sigh when the last student exited the room, he buttoned his cardigan up before pulling on his satchel and making his way to where he spent his free periods. glancing over his shoulder when he heard his name, a small smile tugged at his lips upon realisation of who it was. “carlyle,” he breathed out softly, slowing his pace ever so slightly. “of course not,” he added, nerves evident in his tone of voice.
“i uh-- it’s nice to see you again,” he murmured beneath his breath, an adorable, sheepish smile pulling at his lips as he glanced over at his walking companion. after a brief silence in which jake found himself lost for words, he cleared his throat somewhat awkwardly. “did you enjoy that lesson?”
he is a gift from god
“Is it weird to say how happy and in love I am with a ship? It brings me so much joy to know my rp partner gets as giddy as I do about it. I’m very lucky. No matter how shitty my day is, I can count on my muses significant other to bring up my mood through their interactions. Tumblr has so many downsides but you’ve got to count on finding those gems hiding in all the muck. ♡“
Everybody stay calm. EVERYBODY HERE ,FUCKING CALM DOWN! 😍😍❤❤❤

Carlyle quickly finished up her text and hit send, discarding her phone into her messenger bag. Dr. Kapoor had just finished saying her name and was going on about her credibility. Her gaze turned to the rest of the room, but she didn’t get very far.
Jake–or Dr. Jones was standing off to the side of the room. Her heart rate increased as her mind began swirling around the fact that he was here. Ten feet away from her. Blood had probably rushed to her cheeks and ears but she couldn’t be too sure. It was obvious, however, that she was nervous by the way she squirmed in her seat. The crowd laughed and Carly joined in. Something that Kapoor had said…
The man–although her gaze was now purposely elsewhere–she knew him. Not that she would ever forget him. He was pretty hard to forget. When they met at a bar just off campus, he had been pretty charming. He had no shortage of interesting things about himself.
The class gasped when he mentioned his degrees. There was a brief moment in which everyone whispered among themselves. Dr. Jones was young–he looked too young to have accomplished so much. Although it didn’t take a rocket scientist for them to realize that an actual genius was among them.
Dr. Jones pulled them back quickly enough only to send them into a series of snickers. One student from far above shot their hand in the air and brought it down again before Jake had time to acknowledge him. “If you’re twenty-three, then how old were you when you graduated from high school?” Carly turned in her seat to find the voice, turning back to receive Jake’s answer.
the room’s shock at his revelation about his studies was not anything new to him— he was used to the doubtful looks, speculation, and everything in between. jake’s gaze once again scanned the room, noticing the look over carlyle’s face and instantly assuming that she most certainly had remembered him and their antics.
the ta hummed a chuckle at question, offering a polite smile as he planned his answer carefully. he didn’t want to come across smug or self-righteous. “i was twelve when i graduated from high school and accepted my offer in to caltech,” he admitted, playing off how actually impressive it was.
“i was actually qualified to become a professor five years ago, but i was too young. no colleges would accept me because they didn’t want someone younger than the students teaching them,” he admitted through a nervous chuckle, ringing his hands together anxiously in front of him.
“but i’ve not just been studying in the eleven years since i graduated high school. i’ve trained hundreds of forensic scientists in the latest technologies and breakthroughs that i’ve encountered throughout my time in laboratories— something i hope to show everyone in this room in the next year or so.”
PLEASE DO NOT BASE ROLEPLAY STARTERS OFF OF THE EXPLOSIONS IN MANCHESTER.
often times, in this community, i see starters based off of horrible events not even HOURS after they happen. these, to me, always seem awfully distasteful & VERY disrespectful to those who have been affected, or know people who have been affected by these tragedies. now, i’m NOT saying keep information off of your dashboard. write a message about your condolences, reblog informative posts to reach those who may need them, & keep up to date on the latest news, but keep those OUT OF CHARACTER. thank you.
when jake was younger, he wasn’t sure how to imagine his future, but it most certainly wasn’t like this. he would have never seen himself in such a dead-end marriage held together by his wife’s false hope. they had lost their spark; it wasn’t the same anymore. when he looked at her, he didn’t feel love or lust, or any sort of enamoured feeling. he felt nothing.
the day was young, and jake found himself strolling in to a coffee shop for a much needed energy boost. standing patiently in line, the male glanced around the store he had never entered before when a face entered his peripheral— and it wasn’t just any face. it was the face he had always expected he’d wake up to in a morning. there was no doubt in his mind; it was carlyle.
without a second thought, his feet walked over to the table and he came to a halt beside her. “carlyle—” he murmured in search of her attention. “carlyle, hey. it’s jake. jake jones.” sure, they were past lovers, but they had ended amicably. and she was most certainly not someone he would forget any time soon.
