Hi! I have two questions about words on objects: first, Nie Huaisang's fan (really well visible in ep. 4, minute 31; it's all seal script so that might just be decoration?) and then the extensive script on Suibian's blade (iirc visible when Jiang Cheng unsheathes it after Wen Ning tells him about the core transfer). I'm really interested in the latter's meaning but don't have the skill to read it well enough, unfortunately. Thank you for all your work, it's really interesting!!

I took 与世殊伦 yushishulun straight to zhihu.com, where I found folks who’d gone straight to baidu-baike. @scaredy-cot is completely correct in saying that the phrase roughly means not of this world; baidu-baike gets us to a Jin Dynasty quote by 左思 Zuo Si: 虽无壮士节，与世亦殊伦. 

The Jin Dynasty is beyond my range of expertise, so I might mess up the translation a bit, but the best I can parse is: though I lack the bones of a warrior, I still stand apart in the world (I’m reading 节 jie as joints here, which I pushed a little to get to ‘bones’). It’s worth noting that the connotations of 殊伦 shulun leans towards the exemplary; 殊 shu means ‘to stand apart in an outstanding manner,’ and 伦 lun evokes the usual, logical, ordinary progression of things, so putting the two together gets you to ‘someone who stands out from the ordinary’ (it’s a bit like the compliment 非凡 feifan, lit. ‘not mortal, ’ to describe something or someone extraordinary).
