“New” Art Class Draculaura with reused Art, Doll and Playset.

Eh, I don't really mind rereleases, especially for people who missed out. The added doll is a boring add though, I agree with a commenter to having at least put an art related doll with the set. It almost feels like they had too many left over Scarnival Draculaura since she came two to a box and decided to just add them instead of the art version. Those art shoes with the paint brushes were really cute.

If Mattel is reading this: a lot of people would love to get their hands on some of the earlier beds. A re-colored Clawdeen's bunk for instance. That would tie in very well with the Clawdeen Family pack and their sleep wear. Toss in a dog bed style crib for the littlest, and a creeping bag or two for the kid size ones.

We never saw Wave 2 and 3 is out now? Man, I think I’ve given up trying to collect these, no one freaking carries them!

Wave 2 were very hard to find. Like weirdly so. My local area and the surrounding towns only saw some in blind bags from Kroger. My Walmart who keeps up on the minis pretty well, has put out about 6 boxes of wave 1 minis total since series 2 hit stores. No wave 2 ever.

I ended up ordering from Toots Toys when they were having their lower price/sale so I could get lockers.

I just saw some one post in Adult Fans of Monster High on Facebook about finding another case at their Target as well.

I'm gonna head cannon that that Amuncommon Ptolemy (Seth's mom) and Ramses De Nile got married sometime after Boo York and these siblings are Cleo and Nefera's half siblings. It would keep the cannon of the De Nile mom being gone and Luxe totally looks like a mini Seth

It was found at a Target in Wisconsin. I wonder if this was an exclusive, hence the joints? Their exclusives tended to have a tiny bit better quality.

SDCC? What SDCC? Oh you mean, Mattel letting Monster High and fans down? That one? Yeah, I'm glad I've been out of range phone reception wise for most it. I took my Ghouls on vacation to Alaska instead. Fun was had.

Garden Ghouls Toralei arrived from the Mattel site today. Details. The good: look at those Tiger Face wings! They are glory. They deserve alllll the fairy worship. And they are removable which is nice. Her face, minus the nose, didn’t get a huge overhaul.

The bad (and when I say bad, I mean HORRIFIC): you can not remove her arms or hands. Mattel, we hated it with Venus. We hate it with this line. Her hair is once again the cheap stuff from the electrified line. I got two so I could reroot one.

Love the thicker body shape as usual and I’m not displeased but Mattel sure seems intent on destroying all the things we love about MH.

But, yay TORALEI! I’ve been waiting so very long 😂

Thank you for this! I ordered Twyla on Amazon over 2 weeks ago and she’s still not available. Just ordered a couple from Mattel and even saved $10! Disappointing to hear about the joints, also very sad to hear she has Nylon hair. Hoping Twyla has Saran.

You're welcome! Worst case, there's always rerooting. I had ordered on Amazon too and I'm gettting ready to leave for vacation so had to do a quick cancel with them and ordered on Mattel so I could see these before I left.

I love the line, I don't even care how dorky I am. The wings are so much better quality than I was expecting and now I want to get the rest so they can chill with the Garden Ghouls. I can't wait to see what little design surprises are on Twyla's and Cleo's.

that body is unforgivable and crappy crunchy hair too? Mattel know people will just keep shelling out cash and convincing themselves theyve not been robbed, but you have been. the quality of these isn’t acceptable especially not for the price they’re asking. It’s robbery, and they know they can get away with it because people just shrug and say “yeah, they spat in my face but.. but… but.”

No buts, Mattel are mocking you. Don’t roll over and take it ffs. All it does is encourage them to continue to put zero effort. This shit still sells and that’s on people who keep buying it no matter how crap it gets.

For both of you, I reroot and tinker with all of my toys. I also felt that Silvi's hair and clothes were terrible and rerooted her to my style. It's why I always buy two of the characters I love. That's what's great about fashion dolls, they are a source of entertainment. On top of that, I buy every version of Toralei I can.

These aren't £17 here, they are $14.99 which is very typical and cheap for a play-line toy so why in the world would I return a doll I'm mostly satisfied with? There are plenty of toys I buy that aren't perfect to my liking that I have enjoyed purchasing for my collection. If I was only interested in that I would be buying high end, adult intended doll.

It's *just* a toy, it's really not that serious to some of us. No one is forcing anyone to buy Mattel's mass produced plastic crap ever. So don't. It's that simple.
