Now, let's get to your question: Before time-skip: Sherlock looks like the type that gets super irritated when someone is too much interested in Will, because he is HIS evil mastermind to thwart, while Will is the type to not take too much notice, too much occupied with his own goals to pursue his emotions. After time-skip: I'm sure Liam uses all his charms to let other people subtly know he and Sherlock are an item, so they should get lost.
