The whole persona thing is a GREAT idea, but I feel like it needs a little more.

Being able to change your persona with quite literally the press of a button seems too easy. I think you should go through a process in order to unlock these personas, because they are undoubtly going to have a big influence on the game play.

Let’s say that in the beginning of the game you choose the persona you want to start out with. In order to gain a new persona, you have to “study” a student with that persona. A way of studying them could be by stalking them, learning their opinions, how they react to certain situations etc. When you know enough about the persona you unlock it.

Another thing to consider is, that if Ayano switched her persona from day to day, she would seem very fake. It would lower her reputation because she would be known as a liar, untrustworthy and deceitful. The player should be able to switch as often as they like, but there should be consequences.

Wait, seriously? So, Hana's original pose wasn't intended to be a sexual gesture? I thought Dev had done that to reflect her being "extremely vulgar"! I wouldn't fault anyone solely for not knowing that gesture's implications, but I do find it funny in this case - because it would imply he referenced the pose from elsewhere and thought it was just a cute way to do the peace sign.
