Jaskier has an entire catalogue of love songs that aren't explicitly about Geralt but are also very unsubtly about Geralt so it's just kind of common knowledge that Jaskier is in love with him. & Bcos everyone knows witchers don't have feelings obviously it's tragically unrequited love, it's all very sad and poetical. It's just part of the narrative that Jaskier is in love w Geralt and Geralt doesn't - will never - love him back.

BUT in actuality, they've been boyfriends for like 10 years and are just kind of private about their relationship. It's not a secret tho, if anyone asks Geralt is like 'yes he's my boyfriend, I'm madly in love with him, why do you ask?'
