"In Bloom" This image represents a pretty hard break up I went through and I'm still going through. The meaning behind the decaying flower is that the love I had for him was so strong it felt like roses were blossoming inside me. However, the relationship ended causing the roses to die. The image is a representation of my poem "Just Weren't Meant To Be"

It’s like a bunch of 14 year old girls were sitting together one day plotting what their next trend was going to be and they whipped out a dictionary and found the word ‘glorification’ and looked at each other with such vindictive joy in their cretinous little eyes

“Physical Emotion” by Kathryn E. Allen The message is showing her mental emotions towards bullying in a physical form. The mold and stains show that main feeling of dread and despair and sadness. The cracks symbolize her breaking down mentally, but not quite broken. The far left girl represents anger and the feeling of wanting to rip your hair out. The middle girl represents wanting to fight back, but you can’t. The far right girl represents the empty, unbearable feeling in your chest, like having your heart ripped out. The dirty gauze/bandage on all three girls represents trying to repair yourself, but you can’t really put a used band-aid on a cut. The hair in her eyes represents people turning a blind eye to her bullying, the eyes are there, but they’re not looking. Lastly, the door on the far right represents her wanting to escape, but being held back.
