Silly andercard thoughts of domestic "bliss" where Anderson has to keep walking around the house shirtless because Alucard steals and hides Anderson shirts.
This man loves Babies
Father Alexander Anderson firm sure footsteps clink down the long hall, his coat clean (for once) of any stains of his Work, hands folded neatly in posture, as he tried not to linger longer then needed as this was a nunnery of Section IX, a space meant for women, and he did not wish to trespass longer than what was required of him. He came upon a request for a letter sent with a seal, from a girl whose name was baptised as Maria Josphine Thomas just shy of the age when youth would give way to a proper woman. This girl had been burdened and her family shamed by it, so they sent her off, like many a ‘wayward’ girl, to hide the mistakes. Yet Anderson could pass not such a harsh judgment when she was still quite young and thus he could not see the state of her as being any fault of her. (in fact it quite angered him deeply yet for now he must hold tongue, if he ever did find the man who dared sew the seed, the lot of the brute would be quickly swiftly and painfully cut down by Anderson own hand)
Since her family was known by the Sections, she was escorted by Anderson, who happened to be doing the Good Work in the area her family lived. The villa was just outside of Rome. Her father, a God fearing Christian man, ushered her to Anderson side with not much word or fanfare. When he saw her, belly heavy and round just a few months more, it was clear she had not much choice in it given to her, but he did his best to give her some hopes that once the child born into the world by the Blessing of the Lord God Almighty with the Gift of Life and Soul, the babe would be placed with a loving family that would care of it as their own blood (ie rich with church ties, but Anderson and girl’s family feels she was too young herself to be made to care for a babe as a mother)
Now a few months have past, and in the letter, he was informed the baby had finally come. The nuns, midwife, and nursemaids successfully delivered the baby (healthy) to the world upon the day of the Good Lord late November. To his surprise, the girl Maria had requested that he be baptized. He was unsure why all he did was transport her from her family home to the nunnery safely (and not been one to pry, question, nor did he once look upon her as she was a stain of failures) He could not refuse, nor did he wish to. So he arrived, being met by the Mother Superior, the abbess, and led to the room which Maria was assigned with a few other young women. She is the youngest by far. The girl looked tired, which was to be expected after such an ordeal, but her health had not failed, and in her arms, close to her, she held the baby for now
Anderson could not hide the smile that spread upon his face, as the wee thing cooed with cubby fingers, stirring at the new and strange presence. He lowered his hands, arms open as she shifted the tiny precious bundle into his large arms. It’s a girl, pink skin, bald and then crying loudly, a good set of lungs, all the fingers and toes, ones that reached and held fast his own hand. He turned so the women would not see the bit of dew in the corner of his eyes as he attempted to bob the baby to calm it. Joy. Pure. It Swelled within his Soul. As the Dawn Light.
Maria and the nuns followed him into the baptismal. There the babe girl was blessed and named Baptised as Miracle Anguilique. Her family name for now left blank for the ones who would adopt the small bundle. After a few weeks of rest, Maria would return to her family, he would pray for her always. Knowing too well the world, many girls like her, many of them lead her for a while, but he trusted God to be by her side. And though the choice was few, the nuns for the most treated her with enough kindness, setting what was to be expected. Some of her heart would wonder about Miracle, some nights she would think about this child she brought into the world.
After Anderson did the duties, and the babe fed and nursed at the nunnery’s nursery it was old enough to thrive, then placed to a family of the church's long roster, who would sign their last name to her, keeping Miracle her to their house, hopefully loved and cherished.
Amen.
( I just had an image of a tiny wee baby hand holding Anderson's massive gloved hand and him being all soft and squishy emotional wise from the adorable thing and somehow it turned into a teen pregnancy adoption thing?)
I marked this mature for the mention of underage pregnancy
I'm not Catholic I don't know how any of this actually works
When I have anxiety I torture this poor priest
Twas not often, that the deep pit of him sank there- in Doubt. Yet, at this hour, on this day of the Good Lord he could not shake the weight of it from his broad weary shoulders. It held fast like deep hooks, as he shoved himself into solitude. A desire he did not fight, to dwell alone with this sin, so that others could not see it within him, as he should hold fast to be a beacon of example to reflect upon. He did not wish them to witness, only for God, the being whom he now seeks here, in this small sacred space. The cascading rays of the sun inking in majestic stained glass in a kaleidoscope of muted colors. The sight would usually fill him with wonder and joy of the expression of art in reverence, but at this moment, he held his own fist to keep from smashing the window and the faces there looking with their empty flat painted features. Father Alexander Anderson eyes behind round rimmed glasses looked away from the holy images as if he could not stand the sight of them, down to those large gloved hands and the writing upon the back. They were still shaking.
It was not as if he had not known death. He knows it too well. He knew or he felt he knew it was necessary?- that hope felt shattered. Yet, this- His left hand went to clench over his heart, the beast of it pounding waves of throbbing noise in his ears- this hurt. The tears came quickly, racks of sobs so deep, it shook his very lungs and bones. “Why?” a small voice questioned this God whom he had served, served as well as he could, with all that he had of his soul. “THE FUCK WHY!?” He repeated in a raw shout knowing no voice would answer this jagged prayer, hands tossed up toward those heavens.
Twelve. The number. The same as the disciples. Twelve of the children to the ground, twelve tiny bodies to the Earth, twelve souls he must trust have found Heaven. Quick, too many, the fever in waves- touched them and even with all the care, all the medicine and worry, with ALL the prayers… Twelve perished before the end of week. Before the blessed Sunday. In all this, the sick were quarantined, sorted off in hopes it would not spread further. So many of them, so weak, asked him when they would be better, when they could see their friends again- He lied to them, through smiles, comfort, a hand on a heated brow, only knowing soon their pain would end. Was there some peace in that?
There was none.
His vision blurry, his face red, his body hot and heavy. He felt like Shit. Crying gave him no reprieve. For upon this day, those twelve small caskets in mounds sank into the Earth, he did not know God. He gave the rights, said the words, but felt None of it. Empty. What God would make them suffer so? What God would not answer? There were no families there, to miss these forgotten children. Yet, his soul would ten fold, feel their small hands and bright curious smiles, like ghosts following behind his shadow as his body moved through the orphanage. Where they dwelled no more.
He could not linger here, not with the judgements of Saints surrounding him. Not with the many Others who had also too lost these kinder. He pushed up, did not whisper an Amen. He went out- seeking, any wicked cruel evil thing that dared cast a shadow, any physical being of blood and body to take this wrath upon. He sought destruction, and upon this eve with the sun fading, Father Alexander Anderson did not do so in God’s name, but for his own sake of whatever sanity he might cling to. For he did doubt, he did question, he did know many a sin- but God? That name was not upon his lips tonight.
@missmissypaperdolls Made the thing you asked on your post XD as a thank you<3
Imagining Alucard being a nuisance and clingy to Anderson belly after Anderson had a full hardy meal (he needs those calories) Anderson is confused and exhausted and a bit annoyed but unaware Alucard is imagining Anderson fat pregnant with a brood of lil vampire babies.
(I will defy biology)
Who needs therapy when I can play with my dolls/fictional men.
"stop fidgeting" Integra voice commanded, which in turn Seras fingers paused her fussing of the brooch pinned to the gown the vampiress was wearing for the night. The Round Table Council decided it was necessary to host an extravagant gala in celebration of the tenth anniversary since the Battle of London. And Sir Hellsing unfortunately had no choice but to attend. And since the invitation said a plus one was welcome, she invited Seras Victoria as her guest.
Integra adjusted the Hellsing crest brooch pinned to Seras red evening gown on the left side ensuring it was sufficient to stay on for the evening. A soft smile betrayed for a moment. As Integra offers her arm to take Seras to the car that was waiting. It would be a long night. But sir Hellsing was glad she did not have to bear it alone.
Images below are what I imagine Seras and Integra wearing. Alucard isn't here right now so Alucard isn't invited and if he was he would show up wearing the same dress as Seras.
you're mommy's good little printer aren't you? you'll print whatever mommy tells you to because otherwise mommy gets sad and leaves you for one of those free use library printer sluts

Happy pride month to the bisexuals
You know. Perhaps the cure for whatever is wrong with me is just more Father Alexander Anderson.
Terror. A heart pounding. Running. Running to where? Panic. The horror. The sounds around me, behind me, too close... This can't be real? The dead, the corpses rising back up, empty eyes and hungry mouths... Those people I once knew, my coworkers, changed and shifted and... Defiled. By that creature, that thing that looked like a man who entered our little library just after dark. It happened so fast, so sudden... Now I flee away from the building. Quickly for help. Who could even help? The vampire, it called itself that, even took down our security guard. There. I see... Yes across the street. A church. If I read anything... If any of it was true. Then there might be safety. My lungs ache. I push open the doors, large wood and old. The pews are empty. The statue of Mary to greet me. I shout. "Please. Anyone? Help. Hello?" I look up to heaven. Pray. I don't pray often. Not every night. Nor at meals. When I was desperate. When mother was sick. At holidays. But I do know God...God is real. I felt Him so. My body shakes and trembles. Tears down my face as I can't stand anymore. "Please.." I whisper. There's a fluttering. Bible pages appear. And... I look up and up and... A tall man. A priest. "I hear ya lassie. Fear no more." He just appeared from where? Has God truly sent him? He turns to the door. I reached, "Wait. There's such ... Terrible things out there." I want to warn him. But I see now in his hand, a blade. A flash of silver. "I know. And I shall put those poor souls to rest. Now. Rest. Pray. It will be over before the sun dawns." His voice was accented and so sure, so confident I dare not argue. I collapse into the nearest pew. As he opened the door. And heads out into the night. I pray loudly to drown out the sound. I pray for all the names I know. All those who died on this night. I prayed until he returned. Blood on his robes. The smell of fire. "It is done. His will be Done as it is in Heaven." The priest said. "Who are you?" I asked, grateful for his work if not saddened such a thing was necessary. "Lass you may call me Father Alexander Anderson. You were a smart one to seek the church for sanctuary against such an evil. I cannot stay. I must go." He had a Bible in hand. "What... What do I tell anyone? The police?" My voice shakes. "Aye. I know Christians should be honest and truthful. However not many would believe ya o what happened this night. Tell them there was a fire in the library. As I had to... Burn the bodies o te souls." His tone reflected the serious nature. His hand on my shoulder for a moment of grounding. I nod. "Thank you. I ..." I trail off. Loss for words. Loss. Once he left. I called the police, "Hello. Yes there's been a horrible fire.. at the library. I'm afraid... I... Many of the staff were trapped... We tried to call earlier..." Eventually sirens of blue and red filled the streets. Cops and firetrucks. I am asked many questions. Tired and exhausted. But alive.
I had a very odd dream last night where I was at a bookstore of some sort and found a volume two of a book about vampires so I flipped it open to see if they had anything about Hellsing and to my surprise it did including content I had never seen such as the following strangeness:
The first thing I noticed flipping through the book was a photo and a footnotes about a possible live action movie called Hellsing 2.0 where Alucard was played by Colin Farrel (a younger one) and Integra was going to be played by Zendaya (??) other casting was pending
Then as I read the book included some notes Hirano wrote about background characters including some names and backgrounds of Hellsing soldiers and Wild Geese. (In the dream I began to take photos of the book in my dream to share with Internet)
A single panel of young Anderson (Angel Dust) startled and behind some bars on the floor in an awkward pose looking up at a figure shadow implied to be a younger mid aged Walter by wires suggestion that they met before Alucard was awakened.
A gag panel of older Integra and Seras out shopping with a serious moment where they pause at the memorial of the battle of London.
After the article there was suggestions for readings including a manga called Cinderella and Mina where Mina Harker meets the fairy tale character Cinderella (yuri?)
Dreams are weird.
