This takes place in Apocalypse, after Mallory returns Misty from hell and they are back at Madame Robichaux's Academy :)
Misty peered into the classroom, where Zoe was teaching some of the newer students about incantations. She squeezed her eyes tight and took a deep breath.
"Zoe? Can I talk to ya a second?"
"Of course, one moment girls." Zoe walked to the doorway to join Misty. "Everything okay?"
"I- I think I'm gonna tell Miss Cordelia, I can' keep it in much longer!"
Zoe furrowed her brows in confusion. "Tell her?"
"That I like her, silly! But I need yur help, I've never asked anyone out before..."
"Finally! I'm sick of her being the only thing you talk about!" she chuckled.
"So? Will ya help me?" Misty smiled.
"It's really not hard. Just say you like her, and ask if she wants to get dinner with you or something, but I really gotta finish teaching this class-" Zoe began turning around when Misty grabbed her arm.
"Greenhouse," Zoe patted the blonde girl's shoulder before turning back to her students. "Good luck" she called behind her, but Misty had already set off for the greenhouse.
Misty got to the greenhouse and saw Cordelia in there, propagating a thyme plant. She gazed at her Supreme for a moment, enamoured at the care with which she handled her plants.
Misty had never met anyone who shared her love for nature before Cordelia. Her heart was pounding and the butterflies in her stomach made her feel nauseous. She breathed in sharply and grabbed her own hand for security.
"Uh, hi, Miss Cordelia" Misty stammered, playing with the hem of her skirt. Cordelia jumped and spun around to see the Cajun girl standing before her.
"Misty, hello, how are you doing?" Cordelia kept her composure, even though she was just as infatuated with Misty as she was with her. Just seeing the girl, fireworks set off in her chest.
"I- I'm..." she paused, but decided if she thought about her next words any longer she would talk herself out of it.
"Will ya go out with me?" she blurted out. Immediately the girl's face went bright red, realising what she had said. Cordelia's eyes widened and she opened her mouth to speak, but she was cut off.
"I'm sorry, Miss, let's just forget I asked-"
"Yes" Cordelia whispered.
"I... I said yes, I would like that"
Misty blushed harder and smiled at the floor. Then she stopped. What if she's just saying that to be nice? I'm sure she doesn't like me in that way.
"D-Do ya mean it? I like... really like ya..." I love ya, she thought. But no, she couldn't say that. That would make it weird.
"I like you too, Misty, a- a lot. I have, uh, for a while, but since I'm your teacher, I never thought you would feel the same." The last part came out as merely a mumble.
The Cajun girl looked into Cordelia's deep brown eyes, completely entranced. She unconsciously licked her lips.
"Can- can I kiss ya, Miss Delia?"
Cordelia opened her mouth, completely taken aback, but then quickly leaned up and attacked the Cajun witch's lips. Misty gasped quietly, before returning the kiss. It was sweet and gentle yet passionate and full of desire. Misty's heart melted. It felt like she was in heaven. Cordelia broke away and stroked Misty's hair.
"Does that answer your question?"
