In the land of old faith there is a being no mortal knows.
A being many don't know exist.
Only GODS know of it.
Only GODS know its name.
As it knows them.

Lore of the day: The Lamb
Part 1: Past
The lamb had already gone through an intense and arduous journey, finally having defeated Heket and revisiting her home for more resources. Coming into contact with what they presumed to be another creature in need of a home. 4 followers in a day? That'd be a record.
Unfortunately this was NOT the case, the creature, a cat, attacked on sight. The feline moved with skill and power unlike anything the Lamb had faced before. Yet she seemed reluctant, almost reasonable when not on the attack. Nevertheless, despite her hesitation, she was relentless.
The lamb was driven to temporary submission mid-battle as the feline drew closer.
Maybe they could talk their way out of this..?

Lore of the Day: Narinder
Part 2: Present
The One Who Waits. The being behind her curse of immortality and power. Never had she felt so powerless and so scared. She never wanted to see him again. Ever.
When the lamb brought Narinder in as a follower her senses flared, and she fled. It took 22 days to find her again. She had retreated to Forneus and as the lamb was returning Baal and Aym to her they found her again.. Convincing her to come back to the cult was extremely difficult but eventually she reluctantly followed.
Merely hearing the voice of Narinder sent her into a panic. It took an excruciatingly long while to get her roaming the cult again even now she still fears him and his voice, avoiding him every chance she gets. Although that becomes a challenge when the one you are hiding from is looking for you..
Unlike when Leshy had become a follower, the lamb made no moves to get them to interact, encouraging their separation. It was Narinder himself who sought her out. So when they did come in contact she was frozen in fear.
The feline often shies away from the rest of the bustling cult, so many know of her existence but never was able to see her up close.
One day the feline decided to come out of her hiding spot and lay in the middle of the cult. This enthralled the followers, causing more than a handful to run over and see her, after all, she was the only member there who hadn't been indoctrinated and wasn't a spy.
The Goat, having come over to visit decided it would be a great time to stop the lamb from intervening even though this halted the devotion they were gaining from prayers, which obviously made the lamb quite upset.
One follower in particular, a wolf dog named Nayaon had their eyes on the feline for awhile, quite keen on becoming acquainted with the cat. This was interrupted by the lamb.. who then was interrupted by the goat, confusing them on whether or not it was okay to proceed.
Unfortunately the decision was made when they decided to turn the same time the feline was getting ready to leave, promptly slapping her face.
The feline, having not been indoctrinated was still rather scary to the other followers, causing them to run as she got up. In an unsuccessful attempt to shoo the dog away it only made Nayaon more inclined to become acquainted, the excited wolfdog ramming itself into her.
The goat, quite smug saw this as a win, after all the lamb's goal was to get her acclimated enough to willingly become indoctrinated.
Although this ordeal seemed to bother someone else..
What could Narinder want?
Part: 1/?
Sometimes the one who waits doesn't have to wait long to get the lamb's attention. Standing behind them seems to do it just fine.

Was bored and decided to make a little something and share it. I can make more if it's requested. I did have fun making this, and I have a few more simple scenarios I could make of them.

Lore of the day: Narinder
Part 1: Past
The One Who Waits had watched the feline fight in Leshy's temple from purgatory, here was a different vessel that could be used. Watching her fall at the worm's head he decided this could be an alternative plan. The bishops knew of a lamb, but could they fathom another cat?
Countless unfortunate ends he witnessed, but why take this one?
Many critters were not as formidable as she. To escape sacrifice and last in a bishop battle as long as she had was a feat. So it was decided; when the final lamb lay sacrificed and given the crown, if it strayed path he would command her to find it.
Who's your favorite bishop?
Leshy
Heket
Kallamar
Shamura
Narinder
I know the obvious answer is Narinder for most cultist but I want to see the variety of answers, and see who's the underdog. Might also use this poll for content in the future.
I'm working on actual content, but holy cow I was NOT expecting these results this far??
Leshy takes the crown here.
Heket is our underdog with Kallamar just ahead, and Shamura is just behind Narinder at 3rd. Narinder is Narinder, but I definitely expected him to become first.
I wanted to make a "Hey UA" meme with them because funny, but idk.
Who's your favorite bishop?
Leshy
Heket
Kallamar
Shamura
Narinder

I had a dream about the crown on 9/9, and it was pretty mean. Especially when whoever it's talking to can't comprehend it. So I'm making the crown a sassy monarch.
It's kind of like Bill, personality wise. It can summon tiny arms n legs and floats around. It can also use any curse at any time. Considering it slapped me with a tentacle for not immediately understanding why it wanted me to turn the boat we were in around.
Like idk maybe if it just told me, "..there's a waterfall, turn around."..
If I decide to draw it it'll be below: I did ✔
This all happened in like 2 minutes. At least it felt bad, that did hurt.
I used a random "lake at night" google image to poorly render what I saw, worked pretty well as I am NOT a fan of drawing backgrounds, and it's not the focus here.
"..the presence of shamura can be felt."
"All dungeon resources have dissappeared."
This game MUST want me to jump. On my final dungeon run. I actually hate this game.
I dont even have a screenshot I just quit the game entirely after that. Because the way I saw "-(item)" on over 10 different items bro and the Tarot cards I had was so good, never gambling on "?" Ever again, I JUST wanted more lore bro.
I'm going to sacrifice Shamura.
The funny thing about my last post gaining traction is, I don't really care for Narilamb. I know this fandom loves it, I even eat it up sometimes, but for me and this blog it's more of Narinder trying to butter up the lamb for his own eventual gain and the lamb isn't stupid (or the goat).
But hey.. maybe all that could be genuine.. What's an enemies to lovers about after all?
Haha funny one sided love: Narinder catches feelings and lamb doesn't reciprocate.
If you cultist want to see more of Narilamb though I don't mind making content of it.. eventually.
I just find this to be the craziest E->L trope I've seen in a hot minute. This god of death, chooses the last lamb to inherit his power to free him, gets mad when he gets betrayed and tries to kill them, loses. Insults the hell out of lamb while at their mercy. (I know some chose not to spare Narinder and got the "You're no better than me." Quote)
Then get terribly upset when spared, just to be SO AFRAID when the lamb indoctrinates him. Like that will always be funny to me.
Like bro..
This you?
And sure after a set of quests and indoctrination of the other bishops we get this, and everything's chill. (I love everyone's expressions here, Kallamar is NOT listening.) But at the end of the day it's up to the leader of the cult to decide what is done with the bishops of old faith.
Considering they all have ruined lives, destroyed homes, and slaughtered many during their reign.. They don't realize how good the lamb truly is.
Someone's really happy to see the lamb.
HA, I was right.
Boom. Self Insert and a little bit of lore!
I'm Jinshi, it is too, but it's also known as the Metalhorn/Steelwool "bishop" (its bishop form is a centaur). Anything with them in it won't be lore or story related, they're there just because. I will totally make up an entire story for them though because yes.
============================
It doesn't do anything!! Or does it?
Supposedly belonging on the goats side of the universe it somehow ended up on the lambs side, so yes lamb, you are being followed. It doesn't know the way home and you look like the goat. Everytime you look away and look back, it will always be right behind you, no closer than 3 feet.
The only time it has moved towards the lamb was an attempt to ram into it, which it does with the goat alot. Lamb doesn't knows this and flees because scary giant lion ram is chasing them!! So it sits and waits for the goat or lamb to return.
============================
Now, Lore:
"The one who bears the crown's symbol can also become one." - "Crown Bearer Reversed" Tarot Card Pulled by Lamb
The crown cutie mark is the feline's crown form. Yes. A part of a lore post I haven't made yet because I'm still thinking and making sense of timelines.

Thank you all for your support thus far, I'm glad to share my art and cotl experience with people who feel the same, this is super fun!
Ok bye! ♡
SIBLING FIIIIGHT
What are the chances Shamura gets more brain damage?
Also see how Kallamar isn't apart of this? Somebody draw this please. I might, might not..
I broke it up but they weren't done apparently.
I bet Leshy has fought every single one, seems like the type.
Does this mean they canonically do this once in awhile to settle differences. Could we say Narinder ultimately won when they were bishops? Who knows..
