The concept of Jackie bonding with the wilderness baby, being the only one allowed to hold him, cuddling with him and providing body heat and skin-to-skin contact, changing him, cleaning him, teaching him how to say "Auntie Jackie"... this baby is the child of her boyfriend and her best friend. Her dearest Shauna. The love of her life and her greatest backstabber. And even though she knows he belongs to Jeff and Shauna, even though she has come to see herself as an obstacle in their love story, she loves this baby so much, as if he were her own.
