Today I post “How will you be your Best Self Today? If I’m honest I would have to say I felt a little off my game. I felt like I was moving in slow motion even though I got things done it wasn’t at my normal pace. Then I made it home and Haven was choreographing a dance she rush over to me asking for my help. We listened to Ocean Eyes multiple times as we developed a lyrical dance together. The creative juices were flowing and as I reflect I am reminded that there were many times that I’ve left my Best Self at my office and when home I would be depleted and my family would be stuck with what’s was left.
